Objective: The aim of this C linical randomized controlled trial was to determine whether the effect of different periodontal biological types on the aesthetic effect of delayed implant with guided bone regeneration in the aesthetic zone during the same period. Methods: A total of 34 patients were randomly enrolled by this C linical randomized controlled trial through the teeth or near the periodontal probing visual method:Group A: 17 cases of thin gingival biotype;Group B: 17 cases of thick gingival biotype. The thickness of 3mm gingiva under the crest of the alveolar crest and the crest of the alveolar bone was measured before implantation, and the thickness of the gingival at the same position was measured before the abutment was taken into the implant; The upper part of the structure after the completion of the 0,6 and 9 month, dental doctor and orthodontists were to get pink aesthetic index and white aesthetic index of crowns respectively. Results: A group: before planting area of alveolar crest 3mm gingival thickness(1.39±0.34mm)< 1.5mm,P < 0.05,the difference was not statistically significant;group B: preoperative and postoperative planting area of gingival thickness of 3mm under alveolar crest>1.5mm,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant The alveolar crest and gingival thickness of A and B groups were>1.5mm and P<0.05 respectively before and after operation, the difference was statistically significant.A,B group two site preoperative and postoperative matching,(P<0.05)there is significant statistical difference.the 0,6 and 9month pink aesthetic index: group A:(9.90±0.99),(11.53±0.82),(10.77 ±0.77).Group B:(11.03±0.80),(12.32±0.64),(11.59±0.61).the 0,6 and 9month white aesthetic index: A group:(7.23±0.63),(8.20±0.48),(7.83±0.59).Group B:(7.50±0.56),(8.38±0.49),(8.15±0.61).pink aesthetic index of group B was better than that of group A(P<0.05),and there was significant difference among 0,6 and 9month in group. There was no statistically significant difference in pink aesthetic index score in the A and B groups, and statistically significant difference was found in group 0,6 and 9 month.Conclusions:1.The delayed implant underwent guided bone regeneration can increase gingival thickness of the alveolar crest and 3mm under the alveolar crest;2.The patients with thick gingival biotype were more likely to get good red aesthetic effect than those with thinner gingival type during the delayed implant underwent guided bone regeneration;3.pink aesthetic index is positively related to white aesthetic index in different periodontal patients after delayed implant underwent guided bone regeneration.
