Combined Application And Evaluation Of Soft And Osseous Technology In Implant Aesthetic Zone

Objective :With the gradual maturity of implant technology and the popularity of i mplant restoration,not only it is having a function restored in anterior i mplant,but also the aesthetic of soft tissue around the implant zone gradually bec ome the key of the success of anterior implant.This study aims to investigate the combined application of implant soft and osseous technologyin anterior zone,as well as their effect and characteristics in function and aesthetic restorati on.Materials and Methods:Six patients Treated with anterior implant were selected.In total 8 i mplants were applied.They all were from Straumann. During the operation and restoration procedure,Onlay graft, bone splitting, guided bone regeneration(GBR), immediate implant,immediate restoration and gingival moldingetal. were applied to treat with aesthetic soft and hardtissue.Results:Our results indicated that the survival rate of all implants were 100%. X-Ray showd the bone absorption were not significant..All patients were basically satisfied with the final effect. A significant aesthetic effect was gained by combining the aesthetic technology in anterior implant restoration.Conclusion:Anterior zone is not only the area of aesthetic focus, but also the area of aesthetic hazard.therefore, an aesthetic treatment in implant restoration can contribute to a respectively ideal and stable aesthetic effect.
