Risk Factors For Screening The Lung Of Pigeons

Objective:Based on the pulmonary screening questionnaire for pigeons,we found out the possible factors that might cause lung development in pigeons and prevent the occurrence of lung diseases in pigeons.Methods:132 cases of pigeon lung patients in the people's Hospital of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region and the Department of respiration in Kashi Hospital of Xinjiang in December 2013 were used as the case group.168 non feeding pigeon people were treated as the control group at the same period in the two hospitals.Two groups of people or families keep dove,and the questionnaire was conducted.SPSS22.0 software was used for single factor and multi factor analysis.Results:the level of culture((?~2=9.16,P=0.103)was not related to the lung disease of pigeons,dove time(?~2=3.735,P<0.001),dove location(?~2=20.20,P<0.001),the number of Dove(P=0.011),dove cleaning time(?~2=132.47,P<0.001),and autotrophic dove respiratory symptoms Exacerbation(?~2=295.9,P<0.001),the onset of paroxysmal chest tightness,Qi suffocation symptoms(?~2=215.27,P=0.001),breath holding symptoms(?~2=83.77,P<0.001),allergic diseases(?~2=16.69,P<0.005),rheumatic disease(?~2=5.68,P=0.017)and pigeon lung disease have been found since the autotrophic dove The results of multiple factors Logistic regression analysis showed that the onset of paroxysmal chest tightness(OR=14.96,P<0.05),smelling and irritating odor(OR=6.90,P<0.05),since dove were the risk factors for the pulmonary occurrence of pigeons,and the more frequent pigeon cleaning was the protective factor of lung protection in pigeon pigeons(OR=0.534,P<0.05).Conclusion:the symptoms of suffocation of paroxysmal chest tightness,and the symptoms of irritation and breath holding after dove are the risk factors for the lung of pigeon,and the pigeon cleaning time is a protective factor for the lung of the pigeon.
