Objective: The Pigeon breeder's lung belongs to Hypersensitivity pneumonitis or exogenous allergic alveolar inflammation,which can gradually progress into pulmonary fibrosis,because the treatment of pigeon breeders depends on glucocorticoid,the clinical efficacy of individual varies greatly.Thus it seriously does harm to human health.At present,althought its pathogenesis is not completely clear,the study has shown that PBL is an unbalanced disease of Th1/Th2.Th1 cells are mainly involved in cellular immunity and delayed hypersensitivity inflammation,which can secrete inflammatory cytokines such as IFN-?,Il-2;th2 cells not only play a role in the inhibition of Th1 cytokines mediated inflammatory response,but also through secreting IL-10 enhance humoral immune response through secreting IL-4,IL-5 and IL-6;the distribution of inflammatory cytokines and anti-inflammatory cytokines in the pathogenesis of allergic pneumonia may play a decisive role in the occurrence,development and outcome of the disease.This paper mainly discusses the relationship between the imbalance between patients with pulmonary fibrosis and Th1/Th2 in the lung chronic stage of breeders,and discusses its pathogenesis and the related factors that cause fibrosis in the progression of the disease.And it may also provide a new idea for the treatment of the disease or finding the target point to block inflammation,which will benefit patients.Methods: 20 patients with pulmonary pulmonary fibrosis who were diagnosed in the Kashgar region from June 2017 to March 2018 and in our hospital were collected as group I of the case,and the lung patients of 20 patients with non-fibrosis in acute stage and subacute stage diagnosed during the same period in Kashgar region were group II of the case,20 cases of non-diseased pigeons collected in the same period as the negative control group,and 20 cases of healthy medical examination of pigeons collected for the same period as the normol control group.The first step was to collect general and clinical data from the subjects and to assess and record the area of pulmonary lesions in patients with pulmonary fibrosis in the lung chronic period of the breeders by radiologists.In the second step was to extract each individual's fasting peripheral blood samples,and study not only the expressions of IFN-?,IL-4,and IL-10 of the lung patients in the breeders but also the ratio of CD4+T cells.Finally we drew the conclusion by dstatistical method.Results:The evaluation of pulmonary lesion area in patients with chronic pulmonary fibrosis showed that the expression of IL-4 was negatively correlated with INF-?,the expression of-0.859;IL-4 was positively correlated with the area of pulmonary fibrosis,the correlation coefficient was 0.733,and the expression of IL-4 was positively correlated with the time of raising pigeons.The correlation coefficient was 0.711;The way of Elisa found that INF-?in group II of the case was significantly higher than the remaining three groups(P<0.01),while the differences between the remaining three groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05),IL-4 in group I of the case was higher than the remaining three groups,the group II of case was lower than the remaining three groups,The differences of the others were no statistical significance(P<0.01);the expression of IL-10 in group I of the case was significantly higher than the others,the differences have statistical meaning(P<0.01),the differences of the others were not statistically significant.and the analysis of flow cytometry showed that the acute phase of lung Th1/Th2 imbalance in breeders,Th1 cytokines in Subacute stage INF-? dominant,and Th2 factor IL-4 was dominant after pulmonary fibrosis in chronic stage.Conclusion: The type of inflammation is changed from the advantage of Th1 to the advantage of Th2 after pulmonary fibrosis in Pigeon breeder's lung,and in the course of the disease,the Th2 inflammatory factor IL-10 increases before the IL-4,which we consider may be related to some cells that secrete IL-10.
