The Clinical Observation Of Shu Gan Jian Ming Decoction In Treating Gan Huo Shang Yan Xing On Type Tinnitus

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Shu Gan Jian Ming decoction the treatment of Gan Huo Shang Yan Xing On Type Tinnitus.Methods:Patients with tinnitus diagnosed in our department from January 2016 to December 2017 were diagnosed as having fulminant hyperthyroidism according to diagnostic criteria,inclusion criteria,exclusion criteria,exclusion criteria,and shedding criteria.Fifty-two patients were divided into control group and treatment group according to the principle of randomized control and non-blinding.There were 2 groups of tinnitus patients in each group.There were 26 cases of tinnitus patients in each group.The treatment group used Shu Gan Jian Ming Decoction combined with Western medicine,and the control group only used Western medicine.Comprehensive treatment for 2 weeks.Results: 1.After comparison,there was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group,age,gender and pre-treatment tinnitus scores of the two groups(P > 0.05).2.After 2 weeks of hospitalization,the results of tinnitus in the treatment group were as follows:3 cases were cured,8 cases were markedly effective,and8 cases were effective.The total effective rate was 73.08% in the treatment group.The results of tinnitus in the control group were as follows: 1 case recovered 8 cases were markedly effective and 6 cases were effective.The total effective rate in the control group was 57.69%.The rank sum test,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant,so the treatment group was higher than that in the control group.Conclusion: Treating tinnitus patients with phlegm and liver inflammation by Shu Gan Jian Ming decoction has the advantages of improved therapeutic effect and no obvious adverse reactions.
