The Curative Observation Of Jian Pi Bu Shen Decoction Combined With Cholinesterase Inhibitions And Glucocorticold To Treat Spleen-kidney Yang Deficiency Type Of Systemic MG

Object ive1.To observe the Clinical effects of the Jian Pi Bu Shen Decoction combined with Cholinesterase inhibitions and glucocorticoid treating the Spleen-kidney yang deficiency type of Systemic MG patients.2.To verify the effectiveness and safe.ty of Jian Pi Bu Shen Decoction combined with Cholinesterase.inhibitions and glucocorticoid for the Spleen-kidney yang deficiency type of Systemic MG patients,and observe its effect on hormone reduction.MethodsTwenty Spleen-kidney yang deficiency type of Systemic MG patients(Type IIa and ?b)who were hospitalized in the Department of Gastroenterology of the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of TCM from January 2016 to Se.ptember 2017 were chosen into the Therapy Group.The program of the Therapy group is experienced decoction.At the same time,maintain the dosage of bromopyrmine t.ablets and glucocorticoids at that time.The treatment last three months.Before and after treatment,TCM symptom score,clinical absolute score,QMG score,quality of life score and the changes of Glucocorticoids dosage were recorded.Results1.The Therapy Group have 20 patients,including 9 male patients and 11 female patients;the oldest patienl.was 75 years old,and t.he youngest one was 17 years old,the average age was 49.1 years;12 patients were belong to type ?a and the other 8 case.s belong to type ?b.There was no significant difference in age?gender?course of disease?QMG score?clinical absolute score of Western Medicine?TCM curative effect score and the dosage of Glucocorticoids before the treatment.(P>0.05).2.Efficacy Analysis:According to the curative effect of TCM,In the therapy group,5 cases were markedly improved,14 cases were improved,1 case was ineffective,and the effective rate was 95%.According to the Western clinical relative score,the therapy group was basic recovery in 1 case,markedly effective in 11 cases,improved in 7 cases,ineffective in 1 case,the effective rate was 95%.Before and after treatment,there were significantly different in the QMG score,clinical absolute score,symptom score,quality of life score and the changes of dosage of Glucocorticoids in the group.(P<0.01)ConclusionJian Pi Bu Shen Decoction combined with cholinesterase inhibitors and glucocorticoid have a good clinical efficacy to Spleen-kidney yang deficiency type of Systemic MG patients.Also can help to reduce the dosage of glucocorticoid.
