Gua Lou Xie Bai Ban Xia Jia Jian Decoction Treatment Of Coronary Slow Flow (the Type Of Phlegm Blocking Paralysis) Of Curative Effect Observation

Objective:Observation of Gua Lou Xie Bai Ban Xia Jia Jian Decoction treatment the clinical curative effect of coronary slow flow (CSF), and discussion of its mechanism.Methods:From chengdu university of TCM filiated hospital in line with the diagnostic criteria of coronary slow flow (CSF) in hospital in 54 patients were randomly divided into observation group (27 cases) and control group (27 cases). Compared with conventional western medicine treatment, the observation group on the basis of conventional western medicine treatment for Gua Lou Xie Bai Ban Xia Jia Jian Decoction, 4 weeks after treatment, and evaluation, statistical software was used to statistical analysis, P< 0.05 for clinical significance.Results:The observation group is better than that of control group (P< 0.05); In improving TCM symptoms, the observation group was better than control group (P< 0.05). In improving the CCS angina grading, observation group was better than control group (P< 0.05); In terms of improvement of ECG, the observation group was better than control group (P< 0.05). And two groups of patients after drug blood routine and biochemical a full range of detection are no exception.Conclusion:Gua Lou Xie Bai Ban Xia Jia Jian Decoction is clinically curative effect is a safe, for the treatment of CSF, the formulas of the mechanism may be related to reduce inflammation, platelet aggregation, lipid and restore the endothelial function are many factors, such as worthy of further research.
