Curative Effect Observation Of Acupuncturing The Eight Confluent Points In Treating Hepatobiliary Huo Type Of Tinnitus

Objective:Topics aimed at eight confluence points acupuncture treatment of tinnitus(hepatobiliary Huo type) the efficacy of, and selection of points with conventional therapy for comparison, explore acupuncture eight confluence points for treatment of hepatobiliary Huo type tinnitus can have improved efficacy role for the clinical treatment of tinnitus to provide a feasible and effective method.Methods: 60 patients met the inclusion criteria hepatobiliary Huo type of tinnitus patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 30 patients in each group. Tinnitus treatment group take regular acupoints plus eight confluence points with acupuncture, in addition to the control group not taking eight confluence points, the other methods are the same as the treatment group, 2 weeks as a course of treatment, a total of four courses of treatment. Using tinnitus severity score and evaluation criteria for each clinical indication for patients with tinnitus before and after treatment were assessed.Results:1.Inside the two groups before and after treatment of tinnitus severity scores were significantly different(P<0.05); after treatment scores between the two groups were significantly different(P<0.05), the treatment group than the control group.2.No overall effect of both methods of treatment of tinnitus significant difference(P>0.05), but the total efficiency of the treatment group, the cure rate, effective rate higher.Conclusion:This study showed that eight confluence points and conventional selection method for treating hepatobiliary Huo type tinnitus have a significant effect.And the total efficiency of eight confluence points prescription group, the cure rate, markedly higher than the conventional rate of acupoints group.
