Objective:This study starts from the adverse effects of hypothermia on the body during surgery and analyzes the causes of hypothermia in patients undergoing intraoperative hypophyseal conditions, and takes corresponding interventions to evaluate the effects of nursing measures.Different surgical methods, targeted interventions, and the effects of routine nursing interventions, the time spent on medical personnel, and the cost of nursing care were compared. The probability of hypothermia occurring during surgery was also analyzed.Patients, different types of surgery to prevent intraoperative hypothermia take the possibility of differentiated interventions. Methods:This study selected patients with high-risk low-temperature and high-risk surgeries who underwent surgery from May 2016 to October 2017 in a Central Hospital of Chongqing(Affiliated Hospital of the First Hospital)in Chongqing. The patients were aged between 20 and 80 years old.Patients who meet the enrollment conditions.By randomizing into the group, they were divided into conventional intervention group and experimental intervention group. The types of surgery in the conventional intervention group only adopted routine measures before, during and after surgery;the experimental intervention group was in routine intervention.Based on the adoption of targeted interventions for different surgeries. The data including the age, gender, condition, weight, operation time, intraoperative fluid loss, and circulating cold dilution of the enrolled patients were collected.Patients were enrolled according to the established intervention plan, and the effects of hypothermia intervention in each group were evaluated.Cardio-pulmonary function evaluation, postoperative anesthesia resuscitation evaluation, and postoperative complications were assessed after intervention.Observe the changes in body temperature of the patient during the operation, and make emergency plans and first-aid measures.Collation and statistical analysis of the relevant data obtained during the research process of the project, discussion of the results, analysis of the hypothermia conditions occurring during the surgery, and conclusions to guide the prevention of hypothermia in patients undergoing various surgical procedures happened. Results: By analyzing the age, gender, condition, weight, operation time, intraoperative fluid loss, and circulating cold dilution of the conventional intervention group and the experimental intervention group,it was considered that there was no statistically significant difference between the enrolled patients and the randomized enrollment principle..According to the analysis of treatment data, the intervention rate in the experimental intervention group was higher(95.83%)than that in the conventional intervention group(82.5%)(P<0.05).The scores of postoperative cardiac and pulmonary function, postoperative anesthesia resuscitation time and incidence of postoperative complications were better than those of conventional intervention group(P<0.05).For the internal grouping of the experimental intervention group, different internal and external environmental interventions were taken for different types of surgery. The probability of hypothermia during the operation was also significantly reduced, and there was no significant difference in the manner of comprehensive intervention between internal and external environments.Conclusions:1?Compared with conventional nursing measures, taking internal and external environmental differential interventions for different surgical categories can reduce the probability of hypothermia occurring during surgery(P<0.05).In terms of scores of postoperative cardiac and pulmonary function, postoperative anesthesia resuscitation time, and incidence of postoperative complications, the scores of the experimental intervention group were better than those of the conventional intervention group(P<0.05).It shows that adopting different internal and external environmental interventions for different types of surgery can improve the patient's comfort during operation, improve postoperative cardiac and pulmonary function, reduce postoperative anesthesia recovery time and the incidence of postoperative complications, and improve postoperative daily Life activities are conducive to the rehabilitation of patients and shorten the hospital stay.2?For complex trauma surgery, surgical patients with multiple body fluid exchanges, low preoperative hypothermia, and high calorie loss during surgery have a greater effect on the temperature of the internal and external environment.Comprehensive intervention measures have better results than single use.The effect of type interventions; The earlier the intervention of the patient's body temperature during surgery, the better the preventive effect of the relevant measures, the more the patient's postoperative heart and lung function and the postoperative anesthesia recovery score increase, for the patient's postoperative body The better the recovery. Therefore, hypothermia intervention should be performed early in this type of surgery to improve the preventive effect.3,With regard to routine surgery, adopting appropriate care interventions for internal and external environments can reduce the probability of hypothermia in patients undergoing surgery. This type of intervention for different procedures can meet the objective of reducing hypothermia in patients undergoing surgery. At the same time, the workload and work intensity of medical personnel are reduced, and the medical personnel's time and energy are better applied to the patient's own surgery.Explain this intervention method can be well applied in clinical surgery.
