Objective: Intraoperative hypothermia can lead to many complications for the surgical patient,such as postoperative shivering,increasing the rate of incision infection,abnormal of cardiovascular,respiratory system and coagulation function,anesthesia recovery delay and so on,generate some extent damage to patients.Some scholars think: the nurses play an important role in prevention of intraoperative hypothermia.Adopting KBP model,by using the 6 scales:current status of intraoperative hypothermia knowledge,general self-efficacy scale(GSES),the safety attitudes questionnaire(SAQ),maslach burnout inventory(MBI),current status of management and behavior,to master the current status of application of intraoperative hypothermia nursing intervention and correlated influence factors and analyze the relationship of them.On the base of baseline survey,to begin experimental research by thematic knowledge of network-based distance education,playing the video,Panel discussion,PBL+scenario simulation teaching.To explore the scientific and feasible teaching model and methods for popularizing intraoperative hypothermia nursing knowledge and skills to primary hospitals.To improve the security service concept and nursing ability,deepen high quality operating nursing service for ensure patient safety well.Methods: The study was divided two parts.The first part was a descriptive research.According to current status of 24 Class ? Grade ?hospitals in Xinjiang,the researcher considered the feature of territory,choosed 607 operating room nurses in 17 Class ? Grade ?hospitals as the subjects in the East,South,North region of Xinjiang and the capital Urumqi.By providing questionnaires,to investigate and analyze the knowledge,faith and behavior about intraoperative hypothermia;The last part was intervention research.10 hospitals from 17 Class ? Grade ?hospitals were chosen randomly,then were divided into observationgroup and control group.There were 5 hospitals in every groups,59 operating room nurses in observation group and 61 nurses in control group.Surgical patients that were cared respectively by observation group and control group were chosen randomly as research objects: the surgical patients were 122 in observation group,and 124 in control group.The general data and every questionnaires score of the nurses and surgical patients in two groups had no statistical difference.The observation group was intervened with network-based distance education,playing the video,Panel discussion and PBL+ scenario simulation teaching for 2 months,but the control group was simultaneously intervened with network-based distance education.The score of every questionnaires,the rate of intraoperative hypothermia nursing behavior and the vital signs of surgical patients were regarded as evaluation index,the statistical difference of index was compared after the intervention.Results:(1)The baseline survey showed: the different demographic characteristics research objects had different scores of current status of intraoperative hypothermia,general self-efficacy scale(GSES),the safety attitudes questionnaire(SAQ),maslach burnout inventory(MBI),current status of management and behavior(P<0.05);(2)Current status of behavior was regarded as independent variable and the others as dependent variable.The current status of intraoperative hypothermia knowledge,general self-efficacy scale(GSES),the safety attitudes questionnaire(SAQ),current status of management were worked into the equation and had positive correlation,maslach burnout inventory(MBI)had negative correlation with current status of behavior.(3)Pearson correlation analysis result showed: job burnout was only related to behavior statusand had negative correlation with current status of behavior(P<0.05),the others became positive correlation reciprocally;The intervention research showed: the current status of intraoperative hypothermia knowledge,the safety attitudes questionnaire(SAQ),current status of management and behavior had statistical difference(P<0.05),general self-efficacy scale(GSES)and job burnout had not statistical significance in observe and control groups(P>0.05).(2)The incidence rate of intraoperative hypothermia had statistical differencein observe and control groups(P<0.01).(3)Postanesthetic nasopharyngeal and rectal temperature had not statistical significance(P>0.05)and postoperative them had statistical difference in two groups(P<0.05).(4)Postanesthetic and postoperative nasopharyngeal and rectal temperatures had not statistical significance in observe group(P>0.05),had statistical difference in control group(P<0.05).Postanesthetic nasopharyngeal and rectal temperatures were lower than postoperation.(5)The variation tendency of nasopharyngeal and rectal temperatures of observe group was more smooth and steady than control group,nasopharyngeal temperature declinedabruptly after skin incision 30 min and maintained 35.5? ~ 36.0?,then descended to35.5? after 4h in control group;The variation tendency of rectal temperature was obvious and declined to under 35.5? continuously after skin incision 60 min.Conclusions:The current status of application of intraoperative hypothermia nursing intervention was in relation to current status of intraoperative hypothermia knowledge,general self-efficacy scale(GSES),the safety attitudes questionnaire(SAQ),maslach burnout inventory(MBI),and current status of management.For popularizing intraoperative hypothermia nursing knowledge and skills,to improve the rate and quality of intervention nursing care and guarantee operative patient safety.Considering the territory feature in Xinjiang,the current status of economic and medical development,to improve status of intraoperative hypothermia knowledge,safety attitude,management and nursing care and decline the rate of intraoperative hypothermia by the distance continuous education,playing the video and Panel discussion to intervene knowledge and safety attitude,and by PBL+ scenario simulation teaching model to guide the nursing behavior.But the intervention effect of general self-efficacy scale(GSES)and job burnout were not remarkable,they were critically focued on and positively guided.
