The Applied Research Of Nursing Environment Theory In Admission Nursing And Discharge Nursing

Object: The admission nursing and discharge nursing are considered as the important components of nursing practice,Nurses should supply the holistic care In practice. However, we found that their service ideology is based on biomedicine model. The study try to discuss the theory and problems in practice by applying the view of holistic care and the theory of modern environment nursing to the admission nursing and discharge nursing. it will enriches its service connotation and benefit to provide the individualized,the effective care to promote clinical practice.Methods: This research involves the fundamental theory research and the investigation method,we investigated seven hospitals in XinJiang Uighur Autonomous Region with questionnaire that was designed by ourselves which includes nursing stuff table and the demand table of admission patients. the results were input into the database of SPSS For Windows 11.5 and we carry on the statistical description and the influence factor analysis.Result:1. 84.3% of nurses carry on education to patients in admission nursing while 70% of patients have accepted the education of admission . the way of education is mainly through oral speaking and 71.3% of patient have mastered what they have been told, but 23.9%of patient know only little.the content of education are as follows: the introduction of the environment,stuff,schedule as well as rules; how to use the equipment in the wards,on the other hand ,the result of the demand table of patients shows patients are interested in the introduction of environment and stuff,the purpose of checking up and the guidance of the disease .it also shows that about 62.6% nurses can take the nursing assessment while 30.8% take the assessment on occasion. Besides, only 57.9% of nurse collect psychological information and 39.3% of nurse social information when they collect information of patients,as a result , the admission nursing service can not satisfied the demand of patients。2.there are significant difference in demand for admission nursing between different age, different time in hospital (p<0.05, p<0.05),but there is no significant difference between different sex ,different age and different minor(p>0. 05). We carve the whole demand in hospital patient up three factors. The three factor are the demand for environment and equipment,message and communication about treat,check-up and expenses,the demand for ability of medical stuff. The result show that the biggest demand is for message and communication about treat,check-up and expenses comparatively.3.We put the satisfaction as variable,The signal factor analysis found some affected factors,the factors are the patient mood,the person who transacted the admission procedure ,the fresh air,the zealous welcome, the relationship with nurse and so on. 4.In discharge nursing,about 80% nurse have implement the discharge nursing,the main way is oral speaking .but after the guidance,only 54.9% nurse can evaluate effects. We investigation 405 patient, the conclusion show that only 59.5%patient accepted the guidance. The main way of guidance is oral speaking. 69.1% of patients have mastered the content, 29.7%% of patients have little know. About 1.2% patient did not understand the guidance.Conclusion:1.The admission nursing existed such problem as the education is superficial,the evaluation is not integrity and unilateralist. The knowledge should be popularized,give the education of clinic work way with the nursing process2.The service of admission and discharge nursing can not satisfied the demand of patients, the contravention should be solved.3.The mostly factors that influence the admission service satisfaction are: ardor welcome,fresh air in ward, the patient mood ,the relationship with nurse and so on. They clue on manager to create good environment to and improve the patient satisfaction from the points4. Nurses considered that it is necessary to research the admission and discharge nursing thoroughly5.The discharge nursing is not carry on thoroughly,it suggest manager should implement standardized discharge management with nursing process...
