| Objective:Through the use of electroacupuncture combined with the drugs for the treatment of patients with acute gouty arthritis(AGA),it observed the curative effect,and made the evaluation of the objective curative effect through statistical analysis,so as to optimize electroacupuncture treatment for AGA regimen and explore more effective treatment methods as well as provide reference opinions for the clinical applications.Methods:1 General information: 50 AGA patients in accordance with the inclusion criteria of this study were collected,and which were divided into acupuncture-drug group and western medicine group according to the random number table method.No off case,50 cases actually completed the treatment,each group had 25 cases.There was no statistically significant difference in gender,age,disease duration,disease location as well as the observational indexes and other datum(P>0.05),and they were comparable.2 Therapeutic method: both groups took braking rest,diet control,avoiding inducements and other measures as the basic care.(1)Acupuncture-drug group: on the basis of basic care,it additionally used electro-acupuncture combined with the western medicine for the treatment.(1)Electroacupuncture: it selected Ashi point,Sanyinjiao,Yinlingquan,Zusanli,Fenglong,Quchi and other acupuncture points,and took the affected side of the patients,firstly performed the acupuncture operation of filiform needle,and then connected the G6805-2A electroacupuncture instrument after getting gas.Group 1 was connected to the 2 Ashi points,group 2 was connected to the Sanyinjiao-Yinlingquan,group 3 was connected to the Fenglong-Zusanli,and it chose the dilatational wave electrical stimulation,the frequency was 2/100 HZ,the intensity is within the patient's tolerance,kept the needle for 30 minutes,once a day,7 times was a course of treatment,and the patients were treated with 1 course of treatment.(2)Western medicine: Etoricoxib tablets(Arcoxia),120 mg each time,once a day,take orally after meals.The patient conducted the continuous oral administration for 7 days,7 days was a course of treatment,and the patients were treated with 1 course of treatment.(2)Western medicine group: on the basis of basic care,it additionally used the Western medicine,and the therapeutic method of the western medicine was the same of the acupuncture-drug group.3 Observed indicators:(1)symptoms and signs score;(2)VAS pain score;(3)pain relief time and pain duration;(4)laboratory indicators: Serum uric acid(SUA),Erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR).The data of the two groups before and after treatment were collected for statistical analysis,and the intra-group and inter-group data were compared and analyzed to evaluate the comprehensive clinical efficacy,and so as to draw conclusions.Results:1 Comparison of scores of symptoms and signs: after treatment,the scores of symptoms and physical signs of both groups were lower than those before treatment.Comparison within the group,the differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparison between groups,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The results showed that both groups could effectively improve the symptoms and signs of AGA,and the effect of the acupuncture-drug group was better than that of the western medicine group.2 Comparison of VAS pain scores: After treatment,the VAS pain scores of both groups were lower than those before treatment.Comparison within the group,the differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparison between groups,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The results showed that both groups could effectively control the pain symptoms of AGA,and the acupuncture-drug group was better than the western medicine group.3 Comparison of pain relief time and pain duration: there was a statistically significant difference in pain relief time and pain duration between the two groups(P<0.05).The results showed that the pain relief time and the pain duration in the acupuncture-drug group were shorter than those in the western medicine group.The treatmentof electroacupuncture combined with Etoricoxib could control pain more quickly.4 Comparison of laboratory indicators:(1)Comparison of serum uric acid: after treatment,comparison within the group,the differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparison between groups,the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).(2)ESR comparison: after treatment,comparison within the group,the differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparison between groups,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The results showed that both groups could effectively improve the level of serum uric acid and erythrocyte sedimentation rate in patients with AGA,and the acupuncture-drug group was better than the western medicine group in the aspect of improving erythrocyte sedimentation rate.5 Comparison of clinical curative effect: the total effective rates of the acupuncture-drug group and the western medicine group were 92% and 80% respectively.The total effective rate of the acupuncture-drug group was significantly higher than that of the western medicine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The results showed that the clinical efficacy of the acupuncture group was significantly higher than that of the western medicine group.Conclusions:1Under the same basic care,the treatments of electroacupuncture combined with western medicine as well as the western medicine all could effectively treat AGA.2Compared with the western medicine treatment,the therapy of electroacupuncture combined with the western medicine was more effective in improving the main symptoms and signs of AGA patients.At the same time,electroacupuncture combined with western medicine therapy was shorter in pain relief time and pain duration than those of the drug group,which could control pain more quickly and shorten the duration of acute attacks.3Both groups could effectively improve laboratory indicators(SUA,ESR).However,Etoricoxib did not have the effect of reducing uric acid,and the decrease in serum uric acid in the two groups was related to the basic care such as low purine diet and adequate water intake.4This study of electroacupuncture treatment program had a curative effect on AGA.The additionally using of electroacupuncture on the basis of Etoricoxib could significantly improve the clinical efficacy.It was an ideal treatment method for clinical treatment of AGA. |
