Clinical Study Of The Different Frequency Dilatational Wave Electroacupuncture For Treating The Convalescence Of Peripheral Facial Paralysis

ObjectiveThe study uses electroacupuncture for treating the convalescence of peripheral facial paralysis,the observation group uses the dilatational wave(sparse wave 2 Hz,dense wave 10 Hz),and the control group uses the dilatational wave(sparse wave 10 Hz,dense wave 50 Hz).The two groups are treated for 3 courses,observing the clinical effect of two kinds of frequency electro acupuncture in the treating of the illness and providing a foundation for the better treatment of peripheral facial paralysis.MethodsAccording to the inclusion criteria,64 cases are divided into the two groups by using the randomized method,32 cases in each group.The observation group are treated with the dilatational wave(sparse wave 2 Hz,dense wave 10 Hz),while the control group are treated with the dilatational wave(sparse wave 10 Hz,dense wave 50 Hz).The acupoints of 2 groups are same,the acupoints connecting to electroacupuncture are same.The electroacupuncture time both are 20 minutes and the treatment intensity established is suitable for patients.During the treating time,the patients of two groups were using the TDP irradiate the sick side face,the irradiation time and the needling time both are half an hour.They are treated 5 times each week,and two weeks as a treatment course.After three courses to observe the H-B table and the Facial nerve paralysis grading scale table.If the patients are cured,and they are not treated enough 3 courses.We need to evaluate after the last treatment.Comparing the two types of the dilatational wave electroacupuncture frequency,to find out which has the better curative effect.ResultsAfter the different treatment,the observation group,to compare the H-B table level before treating and after treating,the statistical difference between before-treating and after-treating is significant(P<0.05),the control group,to compare the H-B table level before treating and after treating,the statistical difference between before-treating and after-treating is significant(P<0.05).It shows that two groups can significantly improve the H-B table level.To compare the H-B table level after treating of two groups,the statistical difference between two groups is significant(P<0.05),it shows that the observation group improve the H-B level of patients more obviously.The observation group,to compare the score before treating and after treating,the statistical difference between before-treating and after-treating is significant(P<0.05).The control group,to compare the score before treating and after treating,the statistical difference between before-treating and after-treating is significant(P<0.05).It shows that both two groups improve the score significantly.The mean of the observation group is 83.42 after treatment,while the other group is 73.37.Comparing the score after treating of two groups,the statistical difference between two groups is significant(P<0.05),it shows that the observation group improve the score of patients more obviously.The patients treatment of observation group are all effective,and 22.58%of them are cure.The 93.55%patients treatment of control group are effective,and 3.22%of them are cure.Comparing the efficacy,the statistical difference between two groups is significant(P<0.05).It shows that the observation group has a better efficacy.There are no obvious adverse reactions and side effects in the treatment of the two groups.ConclusionTwo frequency dilatational wave electroacupuncture treat on the convalescence of peripheral facial paralysis,neither obvious adverse reactions nor side effect is found.And they can make the patients obtain the obvious clinical curative effect.The dilatational wave(sparse wave 2 Hz,dense wave 10 Hz)electroacupuncture are treating it get the better efficacy,it is worthy generalizing in clinical.
