Objective:This topic uses acupoint embedding combined with Ashi point injection for the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia,by compa ring with Western medicine group,The indexes of pain relief, the a verage sleep time, the changes of anxiety scale and thecomprehe nsive curative effect were observed before and after treatment, illu strating the clinical efficacy of this method in the treatment of post herpetic neuralgia, provide more advantageous treatment options t o treat postherpetic neuralgiain in clinical.Methods:1.From January 2017 to December 2017,50 patients who met the experimental conditions were recruited in the Acupuncture Clinic and Inpatient Department of Acupuncture and Moxibustion,Wuhan Integrative Medicine Hospital.2.The subjects were divided into treatment group and western medicine group by random number table, each group of 25.Treatment groups were treated with acupoint embedding combined with Ashi point injection, while those in western medicine group were treated with giabapending and puruibalin. One week is 1 course of treatment, all are treated 4 courses.3.Before and after treatment, the patients were scored for pain.Thedegree and time of pain relief was calculated by pain score. The changes of sleep time and changes of anxiety scale before and after treatment were recorded.Comparing group differences in the pain index(pain score, degree of pain relief, pain time start to relieve)?the comprehensive efficacy?the average sleep time and anxiety scale.Results:1.The two groups the comprehensive efficacy comparison after treatment: the total effective rate of the treatment group(96.00%)is higher than the western medicine group(72.00%)(P<0.05).2.The NRS scores of two groups is reduced in after treatment(P<0.05),NRS score of the treatment group was lower than that of the western medicine group(P<0.05),and the time of pain start to relief of the treatment group is lower than that of the western medicine group(P<0.05).The degree of pain relief in the treatment group is higher than that in the western medicine group(P<0.05).3.After treatment, the average sleep time of the two groups was longer than that before treatment, the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment, the average sleep time of the treatment group is higher than that of the Western medicine group(P<0.05).4.Anxiety scale in both groups reduced after treatment, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),after treatment, anxiety scale in treatment group is lower than that in western medicine group, the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).5.There were no adverse reactions in the treatment group, the incidence of adverse reactions was 0%,western medicine group occurred 2 cases of constpation and 1 case of halo, the incidence of adverse reactions is 12%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:1.Acupoint embedding combined with Ashi point injection in the treatment of PHN,clinical efficacy is superior to Western medicine alone, but also better and faster relief of pain inpatients.2.Acupoint embedding combined with Ashi point injection of PHN can better prolong the patients sleep time can, significantly reduce the anxiety scale in patients and improve the quality of life of patients.3.Acupoint embedding combined with Ashi point injection in the treatment of PHN has fewer adverse reactions and higher safety than that of western medicine group.
