Objective: To compare and observe the clinical effects of acupuncture combined therapy, acupoint injection and conventional oral western medicine on the treatment of herpes zoster neuralgia(PHN).The changes of the visual analogue scale(VAS score)and the change of the Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)before and after the treatment of PHN patients. Methods: In this trial,a randomized, parallel controlled study was selected.99 patients with herpes zoster neuralgia that met the inclusion criteria were randomly assigned to the conventional drug group, acupoint injection group, and needle knife combination group,33 cases in each group. The conventional drug group was treated with gabapentin and mecobalamin, the acupoint injection group was given local acupoint injection of lidocaine, and the acupuncture combination group was combined with acupuncture treatment on the basis of the acupoint injection group.2 weeks was a course of treatment The three groups were treated continuously for 2 courses, and the changes of VAS score, clinical efficacy index and HAMA index of the three groups were observed before and after treatment. Results: The acupuncture treatment group had a total effective rate of 96.87% in the treatment of VAS pain;the acupoint injection group had a total effective rate of93.75% in reducing VAS pain;the total effective rate was 83.87%.Comparing the total effective rates of the three groups, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: Acupoint injection combined with small needle knife for the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia can significantly improve the pain and anxiety of PHN patients;acupoint injection combined with small needle knife for the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia has a good effect Effect,no obvious adverse reactions.
