The Clinical Observation Of The Fire Needle Treatment To Ankylosing Spondylitis Of The Shen Xu Du Han

Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect of fire needle with celecoxib in treatment of Ankylosing Spondylitis with "shen-xu-du-han".Methods:62 patients with ankylosing spondylitis in the inpatient and outpatient department of acupuncture an department of rheumatism in our Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were collected.According to the principle of randomized controlled trial,62 patients were divided into two groups which is treatment group and control group.31 cases in the treatment group and 31 cases in the control group.The control group were treated with Celecoxib Capsules(Pfizer Inc,Celebrex,0.2g)for 12weeks,the control group can have a pill everyday for 12weeks.And on the basis of the control group,the treatment group was treated with the acupoint of fire needle,which was composed of Da Zhui,Yao Yang Guan,Ganshu(double),Shenshu(double),Zusanli(double),Sanyinjiao(double),and the Ashi.2 times a week and once every 3 days.Observe its curative effect after 12 weeks of treatment.The clinical symptom scores of the treatment group and the control gro up before and after the treatment,including the Bath ankylosing spondylitis disease activity index(BASDAI),the Bath ankylosing spondylitis function index(BASFI),and the signs(including the distance between the occipital bone and the wall,the chest activity)and the laboratory index(CRP,ESR)were observed.and the statistical software SPSS20.0 for windo ws was used to analyze the data.Results:1.In terms of curative effectiveness:In the treatment group,The total effective rate of the treatment group after treatment was 86.67%,the control group after treatment was 67.74%,the treatment group is better than the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate was significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).2.In terms of analysis on BASDAI and BASFI:The comparison of BASDAI and BASFI points between the two groups before and after treatment was significantly improved(P<0.01).After treatment,the difference between the two groups was P<0.05,which was statistically significant.It proves that the treatment group is better than the control group on the BASDAI and BASFI points.3.In terms of signs including the distance between the occipital bone and the wall,the chest activity.The comparison of signs between the two groups before and after treatment was significantly improved(P<0.01).After treatment,the difference between the two groups was P<0.05,which was statistically significant.It proves that the treatment group is better than the control group on signs index.4.In terms of laboratory index including CRP and ESR,The comparison of CRP and ESR points between the two groups before and after treatment was significantly improved(P<0.01).After treatment,the difference between the two groups was P<0.05,which was statistically significant.It proves that the treatment group is better than the control group on the CRP and ESR points.Conclusion:Fire needle combined with drugs in the treatment of active ankylosing spondylitis can relieve symptoms,improve physical signs and reduce inflammatory points.it was a efficiency therapy.
