| Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of ankylosing spondylitis.Comparing the acupuncture therapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine routine treatment,in order to provide a foundation for clinical research.Methods: In this study,patients with ankylosing spondylitis were studied,and the patients were divided into 2 groups: treatment group and control group.Treatment of control group was given routine treatment of Western medicine,while the treatment group adopted acupuncture therapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine.The scores of the symptoms,the main symptoms(chest activity,the activity of the spine,the distance of the buttock,the activity index of the disease)and the laboratory indexes(ESR,CRP)were used to compare the results before and after the treatment.Results: the two groups had better clinical efficacy for the treatment of ankylosing spondylitis,but the treatment group was more effective than the control group.The two groups before treatment,the main symptom score of TCM,the main symptoms,the main laboratory indicators had no statistical significance(P > 0.05).After treatment,the main laboratory indicators in two groups,TCM symptom score were significantly lower than before treatment(P < 0.05),the treatment group than the control group.Two groups of the main signs of the thorax activity,spinal mobility increased compared with that before treatment(P < 0.05),hip distance value,disease activity index lower than before treatment(P < 0.05),the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion: acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine treatment of ankylosing spondylitis has obvious curative effect,high clinical value.The method is simple,easy to operate,no obvious adverse reactions,worthy of promotion and implementation. |
