Fire Needle Combined Du Moxibustion Treat Type Cold Dampness Bizu The Clinical Effect Of The Treatment Of Ankylosing Spondylitis

Objective: Observation of fire needle combined overseers moxibustion treat ty pe cold dampness bizu ankylosing spondylitis the clinical curative effect.Methods:a total of 64 patients with Cold dampness type bizu ankylosing spondylitis,were ran domly divided into treatment group(fire needle +Du moxibustion+western medicine group) 32 cases and the control group(common acupuncture + western medicine group) 32 cases. Observed before and after treatment in both groups the main sym ptom ratings quantization points, the main signs(thoracic activity, pillow-wall dista nce, finger-floor distance, the attachment point index(EI)), laboratory parameters(E SR, CRP) changes.Results:Treatment group 32 cases, clinical cure 9 cases(28.1%),15 cases were markedly improved(46.9%), 7 cases(21.9%), effective invalid in 1case(3.1%), the total effective rate was 96.9%; The control group, 32 cases clini cal recovery in 5 patients(15.6%), 9 cases were markedly improved(28.1%), effec tive 14 cases(43.8%), 4 cases were invalid(12.5%), the total effective rate was 87.5%. Two groups of curative effect comparison, the rank and inspection, P < 0.05,suggesting that the treatment group curative effect is better than the control group.Main symptom classifying quantization points in the two groups after treatment gr oups before treatment were lower(P < 0.05), the two groups before and after treat ment difference comparative difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05), the t reatment group is better than the control group. Main signs is to improve the situa tion in the two groups after treatment groups before treatment were lower(P < 0.05), the two groups before and after treatment difference comparative difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). The ESR and CRP results the two groups after treatment groups before treatment were lower(P < 0.05), the two groups before and after treatment difference comparing with no statistical significance(P<0.05). Co nclusion: Both groups can improve the cold dampness bizu ankylosing spondylitis the clinical curative effect, which based on fire needle +Du moxibustion+western m edicine groupcurative effect is remarkable.
