To Analyze And Summarize Kequn Chai's Rules Of The Treatment Of Primary Hepatocellular Carcinoma Based On Cluster Analysis

Objective To summarize kequn Chai's mainly therapeutic method of primary liver cancer.And we used this method in a prospective clinical study to verify its specific clinical efficacy.Methods ?We collected the kequn Chai's clinical cases between the year of 2013and 2016,and established the corresponding database in EXCELL.Then we used SPSS 22.0 to do the descriptive frequency analysis,correlation coefficient analysis,cluster analysis and chi-square test to study the rules and characteristics of his medication,from the angles of drug number,four natures of drugs,the five flavors(sour,bitter,sweet,pungent,and salty),function,drug correlation ship,cluster and so on.?The main treatment method of clinical treatment of primary liver cancer is soothing liver and strengthening spleen method,the corresponding traditional Chinese medicine is Shugan Jianpi fang.And we used this method in a prospective clinical study to verify its specific clinical efficacy.Results ?The study included 79 patients and 689 prescriptions.After the normalization of the drug data,198 drugs were involved and 9568 times the total number of drugs used.The most frequently used was licorice,a total of 666 times.The frequency of the first 14 Chinese herbs accounted for 50.69%of the total number of drugs used.The 14 drugs were modified by Xiao Chaihu Decoction and Si junzi decoction.?The top three frequency of properties are calm(2763 times),temperature(2687),cold(1672);the top three frequency of herbs are the sweet(5708 times),bitter(3491 times),pungent(3072);the top two frequency of channel tropism are spleen(5398),liver(4180);the top three frequency are tonic(3633 kinds),dampness medicine(1289 kinds),heat clearing drugs(1233 kinds).?Based on the R type clustering of the first 50 kinds of Chinese traditional medicine,it was concluded that Chai's main treatment of liver cancer was Xiao Chaihu Decoction and Si junzi decoction.A combination of 3 drugs commonly used are:Banbianlian,Banzhilian and Shoudi;Guijia,Yanhusuo and Danzuru;Zhuling,Foshou and Zhihuangjin.The commonly used drugs are:Wuweizi and Danggui,Yiyiren and Huzhang,Shengdi and Wuzhuyu,Pugongying,Qinhao and Chaobaishao.?On the basis of systemic chemotherapy,21 cases of primary liver cancer were treated with the method of soothing liver and invigorating the spleen,with 2 cases of complete remission,5 cases of partial remission,6 cases of stabilization,8 cases of progress,and the rate of disease control was 61.9%.The control group of 20 cases,only the use of systemic chemotherapy,the total remission of 1 cases,partial remission in 4 cases,stability in 4 cases,progress in 11 cases,the disease control rate was 45%.Compared with the two groups,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.?The average score of clinical symptoms of TCM before treatment in treatment group was 14.18 + 2.35 points.After treatment,the average score of clinical symptoms of TCM was 9.83 + 2.11 points,compared with P<0.05 before and after treatment,the difference was statistically significant.In the control group,the mean score of TCM clinical symptoms before treatment was 13.98 + 2.14 points,and after treatment,the mean score of clinical symptoms of TCM was 12.13 + 2.41 points,compared with P>0.05 before and after treatment,the difference was not statistically significant.The clinical symptom score of the treatment group and the control group after treatment were P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.?The average score of KPS before treatment in the treatment group was 65.21 + 9.34 points.The average score of KPS after treatment was 82.29 + 12.34 points,compared with P<0.05 before and after treatment,the difference was statistically significant.The average score of KPS before treatment in the control group was 63.91 + 7.21 points.The average score of KPS after treatment was 66.65 + 8.92 points,and there was no significant difference between P>0.05 and before treatment.The treatment group and the control group after treatment KPS score compared with P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.?Treatment group before treatment AFP mean:165.12 + 28.54 points;after treatment,AFP mean is:35.45 + 12.16 points,before and after treatment compared with P<0.05,the difference is statistically significant.Control group before treatment AFP mean:172.12 + 31.21 points;after treatment,AFP mean value was 51.56 + 17.37 points,before and after treatment compared with P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.The treatment group and the control group after treatment AFP comparison,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.?The comparison of two groups of chemotherapy adverse reactions,including white blood cells,ALT,AST,P<0.05,nausea and vomiting,the difference was statistically significant.The incidence of red blood cell,platelet,renal function damage and peripheral nerve injury was less in the treatment group than in the control group,but there was no statistical difference(P>0.05).Conclusion ?Chai's treatment of liver cancer drugs to warm,with sweet herbs,owned by the spleen liver after two more,the efficacy of Buxu drugs.The therapy is mainly to invigorate the liver and invigorate the spleen,and the decoction of Xiao Chai Hu decoction and Sijunzi Decoction.?Soothing liver and strengthening spleen therapy combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of primary liver cancer in the disease control rate was significantly better than chemotherapy alone,patients in improving clinical symptoms,KPS score and tumor index(AFP)were better than chemotherapy alone,while the soothing liver and strengthening spleen method combined with systemic chemotherapy can significantly reduce the toxicity of chemotherapy.
