| Objective Observing the clinical efficacy of treatment by soothing liver and strengthening spleen of Postcholecystectomy Syndrome, from two aspects of theory and clinical soothing liver and strengthening spleen method discussed the mechanism of action of TCM therapy for PCS, for provide certain clinical basis and theoretical basis.Methods Patients of clinical diagosis were clllected as a study group, a group of 30 patients for treatment, with soothing liver and strengthening spleen, cured by ChaiHuShuaGan san and SiJunZi decoction, modified with symptoms. The control group three sulfur slice, oral liqueur flavored with 4 weeks both groups for one period of treatment. Observe a course two groups before and after the treatment situation symptoms improved.Results With comprehensive clinical analysis, the efficiency of therapeutic group is 93.3%, and the efficiency of the control group is 80%,there is dramatic difference between the two group(p <0.05). Chinese medicine group can significantly improve the symptoms, and patients with significantly better than the control group (p<0.05, p<0.01). After the group therapy can improve symptoms in patients with contrast, stalking, rib pain, abdominal distension, hiccups belch, nausea and vomiting, diarrhea symptoms (p<0.05), but anorexia symptom scores on comparative was not statistically significant (p>0.05), indicating that the control group anorexia symptoms of patients without obvious therapeutic effect. Traditional Chinese medicine group symptoms start-time significantly less than the control group (p< 0.01), indicating that traditional Chinese medicine group than in the control group quick effect.Conclusion soothing liver and strengthening spleen for treatment PCS not only in the spleen clinical symptoms improved and to enhance clinical curative effect significantly, and accelerate the effects in symptoms, is a definite effect, safe treatment PCS effective methods to worth studying and promoted. |
