Retrospective Analysis Of Clinical Curative Effect Of Liangxue Sanyu Decoction About Progressive Cerebral Infarction Of Blood Stasis And Heat Syndrome

Background:Progressive cerebral infarction is a common and difficult neurological disease.The incidence is increasing.The high disability rate and lethal rate have made many doctors consciously struggling,which is also the focus of disputes between doctors and patients.At present,Western medicine has not fully elucidated its pathogenesis.The most effective treatment is thrombolysis.However,due to time window,contraindications,medical conditions and other restrictions,thrombolytic rates are generally low and the vast majority of patients rely on routine treatment.Most patients have left unequal degrees of neurological dysfunction.Chinese medicine research on cerebral infarction has a long history,which has certain advantages in the treatment.Ancestors recognized their understanding of the "outside wind" argument before the Tang and Song dynasties and the "internal wind" standpoint after the Tang and Song dynasties.Especially during the Jin and Yuan dynasties,it even formed a spectacular scene with hundreds of schools of thought.Nowadays,more medical doctors have explored the pathological mechanism of stroke from different perspectives in light of traditional perspectives,for example,Academician Wang Yongyan's "poisonous brain" theory.Numerous studies have shown that Chinese medicine has a unique advantage in the treatment of stroke.Professor Zhou Zhongying,a Chinese Medical Master,defended the progressive stroke from the argument of "stasis and heat".He pointed out that "hot and cold" is its basic pathogenesis and the central pathological link is "heat resistance".He advocated cooling blood and scolding,which has achieved a preliminary effect in clinical practice by this concept.This topic is based on the theory of "heat" theory.Retrospective case-control study was used to analyze the clinical observation of the treatment of progressive cerebral infarction with Liangxue Sanyu decoction.Objective:Through a retrospective case-control study,to investigate the curative effect of Liangxue Sanyu decoction in the treatment of progressive cerebral infarction and thermal resistance syndrome,which is expected to provide new ideas for clinical diagnosis and treatment of progressive cerebral infarction.Methods:Collect 78 cases of progressive cerebral infarction with syndrome of blood stasis and heat from March 2017 to December 2017.General conservative treatment of neurology,as a control group;On the basis of conventional treatment plus traditional Chinese medicine,as the treatment group and each group contains 39 cases.Statistical analysis of the two groups in gender,age,risk factors,basic diseases and other clinical differences.Analyze and compare the efficiency of the two groups.Results:1.The results shows that there is no significant difference between the two groups in terms of age,gender,risk factors,underlying diseases(P>0.05).2.After one course of treatment,the score differences between the two groups has statistical significance(P<0.01).3.Efficacy of TCM syndromes:The total effective rate of the treatment group was 84.62%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 71.79%.The curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).4.The effect of neurological deficit:The total effective rate of the treatment group was 89.74%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 79.49%.The curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).5.Effects on hs-CRP:Both groups of treatment can significantly reduce the hs-CRP level in patients with significant statistical differences(P<0.01);the treatment group was superior to the control group,there was a statistical difference(P<0.05).6.After 3 months of treatment,the Barthel scores of both groups were significantly increased after treatment(P<0.01);the increase was greater in the treatment group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.01).Conclusion:Through retrospective analysis,the results showed that the combination of Liangxue Sanyu Decoction and the basic treatment of patients with TCM syndrome,nerve function repair,and daily living ability were all superior to those of the simple basic treatment group,showing the advantages of Chinese medicine treatment in the acute phase of cerebral infarction,which provides new ideas for the diagnosis and treatment of progressive cerebral infarction by Chinese medicine.
