Clinical Observation Of Jiawei Liangxue Wugen Decoction In Treating Guateng Twining With Damp-heat And Blood Stasis Syndrome

Purpose: This study aims to investigate the therapeutic effects of Jiawei Liangxue Wugen Decoction on the treatment of Guateng Tangle by the method of “heat-clearing,dampness-clearing,and promoting blood circulation” in traditional Chinese medicine,and confirms its safety and effectiveness.The nature of the study was clinical observation.Method: 60 patients with Guateng tangles wrapped in the diagnostic criteria were selected.The patients were divided into a treatment group and a control group using a random number table.Twenty patients in each group were treated with Jiawei Liangxue Wugen Decoction in the treatment group.The control group was treated with Simiao Pill.On this basis,the two groups were given external medicine Dragonball ointment to smear the affected area at the same time.A course of treatment is 10 days,a total of 3 courses of treatment.Result: It was proved by clinical observation that 8 cases were cured in the treatment group(26.67%),16 cases had remarkable effect(53.33%),5 cases were effective(16.67%),and 1 case had no effect(3.33%).The total effective rate was 96.67%.In the control group,3cases were cured(10%),14 cases were significantly effective(46.67%),8 cases were effective(26.67%),and 5 cases were ineffective(16.67%).The total effective rate was 83.33%.The treatment group was obviously superior to the control group(P < 0.05),the difference between the two groups was statistically significant.Conclusion: The clinical study shows that the modified decoction is effective in treating Guateng with damp-heat and blood stasis,and is worth popularizing clinically.
