Study On Community Chronic Diseases Management In Liaoning Province From The Perspective Of Classification Treatment

Chronic non-communicable diseases have been seriously valued by the countries around the world because they seriously threaten the physical and mental health of residents.The prevention and treatment of chronic diseases in China has become a difficult problem for public health services because of the uneven distribution of medical resources in China.Breaking the barriers between health care systems at all levels and integrating medical services have become a general trend.This coincides with the goals of grading treatment is to achieve “up and down linkage” between medical organizations at all levels.Liaoning Province is one of the provinces with a high prevalence of chronic diseases,which is higher than the national average.For this reason,this paper explores the management of chronic diseases in communities in Liaoning Province based on the perspective of hierarchical diagnosis and treatment.The research mainly focuses on the problems existing in the management of chronic diseases in the community primary health care services under the framework of the new medical reforms that emphasize hierarchical diagnosis and treatment.In-depth analysis the problems of grading treatment in chronic non-communicable diseases.The paper analyzes the micro-motivation of community treatment options for chronic patients,and concludes that the price of diagnosis and treatment services and the behavior of collective behavior are the main factors affecting patients’ visits.They can actively guide patients in reasonable diagnosis and treatment by introducing“incentive mechanisms” and increasing the “organizational level”.Considering the above macro factors and micro factors,combined with the concept of “integration” of medical resources,the author initially constructed a basic framework for the community-based chronic disease grading diagnosis and treatment management network supported by the macro and micro levels,and then concretely implemented the path to it.Analysis and detailed explanation of its basic process.The article concludes the research conclusions and puts forward policy recommendations for improving the management and management network of community-based chronic disease grading diagnosis and treatment.
