Observation On Clinical Efficacy Of Tongqiao Huoxue Decoction In Treating Alopecia Areata With Qi Stagnation And Blood Stasis Syndrome

Objective:Observe the clinical curative effect of Tongqiao Huoxue decoction in treating qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome,and provide clinical thinking for TCM syndrome differentiation treatment of the disease.Methods:A total of 60 cases of alopecia areata with Qi stagnation and blood stasis were collected from the dermatology clinic of Jiangsu Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine and randomly divided into treatment group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases).The treatment group was given Tongqiao Huoxue Decoction orally,and the control group was given Xuefu Zhuyu Oral Solution orally.At the same time,the two groups were combined with topical hair growth lotion to enhance the curative effect.After three courses of treatment,the new hair condition was compared from the aspects of the density of the regenerated hair,the thickness of the regenerated hair,the index of hair rejuvenation,and the color of the newborn hair.The adverse reactions of the patient were recorded and the clinical efficacy was determined.Results:After treatment,the density of the regenerated hair was better in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,there was no obvious advantage in the degree of regenerated hair after treatment(P>0.05).The index of hair regeneration after treatment was better in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the total score after treatment,hair growth of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).In the treatment group,3 cases were cured,16 cases were markedly effective,9 cases were effective,and 2 cases were ineffective.The effective rate was 63.33%,and the total effective rate was 93.33%.In the control group,3 cases were cured in 29 cases,9 cases were markedly effective,10 cases were effective,and 7 cases were ineffective.The effective rate is 41.38%and the total effective rate is 75.86%.The cure rate and total effective rate in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group.The overall effect was better than that in the control group,but the advantage was not obvious.The overall adverse reaction rate was 3.39%,which was relatively mild.Conclusion:Tongqiao Huoxue Decoction is effective in treating alopecia areata in qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome,and has good safety.The total effective rate is higher than Xuefu Zhuyu Oral Liquid group.
