The Clinical Observation On Treatment Alopecia Areata(syndrome Of Qi Stagnation And Blood Stasis)with Huoxue Shengfa Decoction

Objective:This study aims to observe the effect of Huoxue Shengfa Decoction in the treatment of alopecia areata with the syndrome of qi stagnation and blood stasis,and discuss the advantages of TCM and provide the basis for clinical effect development.Methods:Sixty patients who were admitted into Dermatology Department of Second Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine between July 2019 and February 2021 and conformed to the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into the test group(30 cases)and control group(30cases).The test group was given the Huoxue Shengfa Decoction for 4 weeks,and the control group was given the Compound Glycyrrhizin Capsule for 4weeks.Record the scores of skin lesions,TCM syndrome,efficacy of dermoscopy,dermatology life quality index(DLQI)and the whole effect.SPSS25.0 was used for data analysis.Results:1.There was statistically significant difference between every group of the skin lesions score,the TCM syndrome score,the efficacy of dermoscopy and the dermatology life quality index(DLQI)score during different periods,with P<0.05.2.Before and after treatment,comparision of the scores of skin lesions,TCM syndrome,efficacy of dermoscopy,skin disease quality of life index(DLQI)between the two groups during the same period,the difference was statistically significant,with P<0.05.3.Analysis of total efficiency: Compared to the total efficiency of the two groups,86.67% in the experimental group,higher than 76.67% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant difference between the two groups,with P<0.05.Conclusion:1.Huoxue Shengfa Decoction can obviously improve the clinical symptoms and the mirror image features integral of dermoscopy of alopecia areata(syndrome of qi stagnation and blood stasis).2.Huoxue Shengfa Decoction can significantly enhance the quality of life of alopecia areata(syndrome of qi stagnation and blood stasis).3.The Huoxue Shengfa Decoction has effects in the treatment of alopecia areata(syndrome of qi stagnation and blood stasis).
