A Clinical Study On The Therapeutic Effect On Treating Qi Stagnation And Blood Stasis Type Of Sudden Hearing Loss By Jiawei Huoxue Tongqiao Decoction

Objective: To evaluate the therapeutic effect on treating Qi stagnation and bloodstasis type of sudden hearing loss by Jiawei Huoxue Tongqiao decoction,and to observewhether there are differences on the efficacy of western medicine alone.Methods: Eligible60cases,60cases of random program are divided into a treatment group of30cases ofJiawei Huoxue Tongqiao decoction and a control group of30cases of western medicinealone. The control group of30cases are treated with Hydrochloride buflomedil,VitB1,VitB12therapy;the treatment group of30cases are treated with Jiawei Huoxue Tongqiaodecoction puls Hydrochloride buflomedil,VitB1, VitB12therapy. The two groups are1weekas1course，continuous after2courses of treatment for therapeutic efficacy.To observe theaudiomenrist in the record before and after treatment, treatment outcomes are comparedbetween the two groups.Results: Statistical analysis, the treatment group total effectiverate is93.33%and the control group total effective rate is73.33%.The total efficiency intreatment group is better than in control group(P <0.05)．Conclusion: Treating Qistagnation and blood stasis type of sudden hearing loss by Jiawei Huoxue Tongqiaodecoction has a good effect．...
