Efficacy Observation And Quality Of Life Evaluation Of Tongqiaoshengfa Decoction Combined With Fire Acupuncture In The Treatment Of Alopecia Areata With Qi Stagnation And Blood Stasis

Objective: to observe the clinical effect of tongqiaoshengfa decoction combined with fire acupuncture on qi stagnation and blood stasis pattern alopecia areata and its effect on the quality of life of patients.Methods: 60 patients with alopecia areata were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases each.The two groups of patients were treated with fire needle therapy,external use of compound siadan hair tincture;The treatment group was given tongqiaoshengfa decoction.The control group took compound glycyrrhizin capsules orally for 2 weeks for 1course,a total of 3 courses of treatment were observed,and skin lesion scores and dermoscopy signs of the two groups before and after treatment were compared to evaluate the efficacy.Before and after treatment,the DLQI rating form was filled in to evaluate the changes in patients’ quality of life.Results: In terms of clinical efficacy,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 90%.The total effective rate in the control group was66.7%.The difference was statistically significant,and the therapeuticeffect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.In terms of dermoscopic signs,before treatment,the incidence of dermoscopic signs in 60 patients ranged from high to low: 63.3% for yellow spots,53.3%for black spots,41.7% for broken hair and 31.7% for exclamation marks.After treatment,the dermoscopy signs in the treatment group were mainly manifested as the decrease of black spots,broken hair and exclamation mark,while the changes in the control group were not obvious,and the differences were statistically significant.In terms of DLQI score,DLQI score of patients in the two groups after treatment was lower than that before treatment,and the DLQI score was more significant in the treatment group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant.The quality of life of patients in the treatment group was significantly improved.Conclusion: Tongqiaoshengfa decoction combined with fire acupuncture for the treatment of qi stagnation and blood stasis type alopecia areata has definite efficacy,high safety,and can improve the skin microscopic signs at the skin lesions and improve the quality of life of patients,which has good clinical application value.
