Objective:To analyze the improvement of cognitive function of Tongqiao Huoxue decoction(TQHXD)in patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage and syndrome of blood stasis.Methods:According to the established inclusion and exclusion criteria,89 hypertensive patients treated in the neurosurgery department of Heze Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from December 2018 to July 2019 were selected and randomly divided into control group and treatment group.There were 44 patients in the control group(20 males and 24 females)and 45 patients in the treatment group(21 males and 24 females).Patients with hypertension or hyperlipidemia were given basic drugs for maintenance treatment throughout the course.The control group was treated with aniracetam capsules three times a day,200mg each time.The treatment group received oral intervention with TQHXD based on the treatment of the control group.The basic data of the patients were analyzed,including gender,age,course of disease,weight and other baseline data.The simple mental state examination scale(MMSE)score,NIHSS score,ADL score,FIM score were used to analyze the differences of patients before and after treatment,and to evaluate the improvement of patients’ cognitive function after TQHXD combined intervention.The change of Chinese medicine syndrome integral was analyzed by using SDSVD syndrome factor scale.The safety evaluation mainly analyzed the clinical manifestations of dizziness,nausea and chest tightness of patients after treatment,and evaluated the safety of TQHXD.Results:(1)Compared to the pre-treatment in the same group,the results of improvement of cognitive dysfunction showed an upward trend in the MMSE scores after treatment in both the treatment group and the control group with a significant trend of orientation,memory,language ability and overall increase(P<0.05).The Barthel index score,FIM test motor function score,cognitive function score and total score also showed a significant upward trend(P<0.05),while the NIHSS score showed a decreasing trend in each sub-item including facial palsy,lower limb movement,co-op disorders,language expression ability,and lower total score(P<0.05).(2)Compared with the control group after treatment,the MMSE scoring items of the treatment group were significantly higher in orientation,attention and computation,recall ability,language ability and total score(P<0.05).The Barthel index,FIM cognitive function score and total score all showed an elevated trend(P<0.05),while the NIHSS score with consciousness disorder,facial palsy,lower limb movement,feeling,language expression ability,neglect and total score showed a significant reduced trend(P<0.05).The results were analyzed using the SDSVD certificate factor scale,and the data showed that the memory,pain,claw armor,face color,tongue and pulse of the control group and the treatment group showed decreased trend(P<0.05)compared with the pre-treatment in this group.The results of SDSVD show a decreased trend in memory,pain,and tongue quality(P<0.05).(3)In terms of safety,the incidence of adverse reactions such as dizziness,nausea and chest tightness in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group,but there was no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:TQHXD combined with western medicine can improve the effect of clinical treatment,improve the cognitive function of patients though improving MMSE ratings,Barthel,FIM ratings,reducing NIHSS scores.TQHXT has a good clinical safety,can be used as a clinical treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage program. |
