Study On Operational Mechanism And Effect Of Graded Diagnosis And Treatment System In Zhenjiang

With the increasing health needs of the people,our country urgently needs to reform the medical and health care system,and grading diagnosis and treatment has already become an important means for optimizing the allocation of health resources in our country and guiding medical order in a reasonable manner.As a scientific system,the grading diagnosis and treatment system can not only rationally optimize health resources,reduce the waste of health resources,but also gradually solve the problem of " difficulties in seeing a doctor and expensive medical treatment".Under the call of the country,various places are exploring the operation mode of the grading diagnosis and treatment system.The graded diagnosis and treatment work in Zhenjiang of Jiangsu Province have achieved significant results.In order to draw on the successful experience of graded diagnosis and treatment in Zhenjiang,this article mainly explores the operating mechanism of the classification and treatment system in Zhenjiang.The first is to comb through the relevant concepts and theories of hierarchical diagnosis and treatment,and try to construct a theoretical framework for hierarchical diagnosis and treatment based on the structure-process-result framework.Secondly,the exploration process of the grading diagnosis and treatment system in Zhenjiang was introduced.The two major medical network distribution maps(based on Pajek software)explored how the supporting mechanism of the grading diagnosis and treatment system in Zhenjiang operates in the theoretical framework.With the operation of these mechanisms,the stakeholders have interacted with each other.Thirdly,the data and data of the Jiangsu Provincial Health Yearbook and the Zhenjiang Health and Planning Committee' s official website were used to describe and analyze the health resource allocation,service provision,and referral effectiveness of Zhenjiang;and the degree of patient satisfaction through questionnaires Cognition was investigated and the data obtained was descriptively and statistically analyzed using SPSS software.Finally,combined with the operational analysis of the mechanism,the problems that may exist in the classification and treatment system in Zhenjiang may be identified,and the countermeasures are put forward.Finally,Zhenjiang is summed up.The successful implementation of grading diagnosis and treatment in the city provides reference for the establishment and improvement of grading diagnosis and treatment systems in other regions.
