Clonical Comparative Study On The Treatment Of JINGZHUI No.2 And Neck Pain Particles On Cervical Spondylopathy With Syndrome Of Phlegm And Dampness Blocking Meridians

Objective:By observing the treatment for 40 cases of Cervical Spondylopathy With Syndrome Of Phlegm And Dampness Blocking Meridians,to compare the treatment efficacy of "JINGZHUI No.2" with "neck pain particles",and use the comparison of scientific statistical,to provide more ideas for clinical treatment of cervical spondylosis.Methods:Choosing the Cervical Spondylopathy With Syndrome Of Phlegm And Dampness Blocking Meridians,a total of 40 patients,and we divide them into 20 cases of the treatment group and 20 cases of the control group randomly.Treating the two groups with"JINGZHUI No.2" and"neck pain particles"respectively,then,we evaluate the ameliorate of VAS pain score,JOA scores and headache,dizziness,numbness,pondersity between the two groups and during each inward,then,we analyse the ameliorate and compare the difference between the two groups scientifically.Results:These two groups all have obvious ameliorate in the VAS pain score,the difference was statistically significant(p<0.01),and there was no significant difference between groups(p>0.05).The ameliorate in JOA score in these two groups have obvious improvement,there are statistically significant differences(p<0.01),the treatment group has a better ameliorate than the control group(p<0.05),so there is a more apparent of treatment group to improve neurologic status.The treatment group and the control group were improved significantly(p<0.01)of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms of headache,dizziness,numbness,paralysis and pondersity,There has no statistically significant differences of pondersity between the two groups(p>0.05),the rest symptoms of have statistically significant differences(p<0.05),and the treatment group is better than the control group.The worse status were not happen.Conclusion:By comparing the observation of relieving Cervical Spondylopathy With Syndrome Of Phlegm And Dampness Blocking Meridians,found that taking"JINGZHUI No.2"and "neck pain particles" has the obvious curative effect,and the JINGZHUI No.2 is more significant on the overall efficacy of treatmentt,and it shoud be generalized worthly.
