Treatment Of Second-and Third-degree Hemorrhoids With Loop Laser Ablation Combined With Surrounded Suture And Suspension:A Clinical Study

Objective This study sought to investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of loop laser ablation combined with surrounded suture and suspension in the treatment of second-and third-degree internal hemorrhoids.Methods Forty patients with second-and third-degree hemorrhoids were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group(with 20 cases in each group).The treatment group was treated with loop laser ablation combined with surrounded suture and suspension.The control group was treated with traditional hemorrhoidectomy.Observe and compare the total clinical efficacy,relevant intraoperative indicators(operating time and intraoperative blood loss),postoperative anus pain,wound healing time,postoperative complications(urinary retention,anal stenosis,anal edema),patient satisfaction,systematic evaluation Analyze the efficacy and safety of loop laser ablation combined with surrounded suture and suspension in the treatment of second-and third-degree internal hemorrhoids.Results There was no significant difference between the two groups in the total clinical efficacy,operation time,and anal stenosis between the treatment group and the control group(P>0.05);intraoperative and postoperative bleeding volume,wound healing time,and postoperative pain in the treatment group and control group The difference in postoperative urinary retention and patient satisfaction was statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment group had advantages.The anal edema at the first postoperative day was higher in the treatment group than in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no obvious advantage in the treatment group.There was no significant difference in the degree of anal edema on the 3rd,5th,7th and 2nd weeks after operation between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The clinical efficacy of loop laser ablation combined with surrounded suture and suspension for the treatment of second-and third-degree internal hemorrhoids is similar to that of traditional hemorrhoidectomy.However,the Loop laser ablation combined with surrounded suture and suspension has the advantages of shorter wound healing time,less postoperative pain,fewer complications,and high patient satisfaction are worth further application and promotion.
