| Objective:By adopting scientific and rigorous test method, observe the clinical effect of Zhishen Xiaoke ’an decoction on the syndrome of deficiency of Qi and Yin and stasis, explore the mechanism of this empirical prescription, and further clarify its efficacy and safety. Methods:Sixty patients with Qi-Yin deficiency and blood-stasis syndrome to quench thirst were collected from the tutor’s outpatients from July 2017 to December 2018.According to the method of grouping and comparison in medical statistics, they were randomly divided into observation group and reference group with 30 cases each. All patients in the two groups should strictly abide by the control mechanism of "one eight-point method".On the basis of this basic treatment, the observation group was given Zhishen Xiaoke an decoction, and the reference group was given oral metformin hydrochloride tablets(Zhongmei Shanghai squibb pharmaceutical co.,LTD.,national drug approval word H20023370).4 weeks was one course of treatment, and a total of 2 courses of treatment were observed. The improvement of patients’ symptoms before and after treatment was compared, and the changes of blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin and blood lipid in the two groups were recorded. Finally,SPSS software was used to process and analyze the results and evaluate the efficacy. Results:After statistical treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group was86.67%,and that of the reference group was 76.67%.The therapeutic effect of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the reference group(P < 0.01).After treatment, the two groups had statistical significance in TCM symptom score, fasting blood glucose,2h postprandial blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin and blood lipid metabolism, and the observation group was superior to the control group. Two groups of patients in the course of treatment did not appear adverse reactions, liver function, kidney function, stool routine, ecg did not see obvious abnormalities. Conclusion: The experimental results show that Zhishen Xiaoke an decoction iseffective in relieving thirst with Qi and Yin deficiency and removing blood stasis. In this experiment, there was no adverse reaction in one case, which further exemplified the safe and reliable type of TCM in the treatment of diseases and had clinical application value. |
