| Objective The purpose of this study is to investigate the clinical efficacy of Yiguan Jian Jiawei Fang on depressive yin deficiency and liver stagnation Parkinson's disease,and its possible influence on patients' motor function and quality of life.Methods In this study,a randomized,controlled trial was used.Sixty patients included in the study were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,with 30 cases in each group.Treatment plan: Both groups of patients were in accordance with the "Chinese Parkinson's Disease Medication Guide"(Third Edition),and continued to maintain the previous anti-Parkinson's disease medication.The original other basic diseases were treated according to the corresponding conventional drugs.Control group;oral fluoxetine hydrochloride capsules,oral 20 mg after breakfast every day,oral 3 months,if no effect after taking 1 month,increase the amount to 40mg/day,and then continue to take 2 months.The treatment group was orally given a decocted and decoction of Yiguan Jian Jiawei Fang decoction.One dose of water was decocted into 300 ml per day and was divided into two bags of morning and evening.Three months was a course of treatment.The Chinese medicines were all distributed as decoctions in the No.1 Hospital of Wuhan City.Observe the patient's basic indicators such as body temperature,heart rate,respiration,blood pressure,liver and kidney function,and electrocardiogram when taking the drug,respectively on the first day,the first month,the second month,and the third month of the patient.Hamilton Rating Scale for Depression(24 items),Unified Parkinson's Disease Rating Scale Part III,Parkinson's Disease Quality of Life Questionnaire-39,and TCM Syndrome Scale scored once.All rating scale data were entered into Excel by a single person.SPSS20.0 statistical analysis software was used to compare and analyze the data to assess the efficacy.Measurement data were statistically described using mean±standard deviation(?x±s),and t-test or rank sum test was used.The count data are statistically described using the frequency(composition ratio)and the chi-square test is used.All statistical tests used two-sided test,P <0.05 considered the difference was statistically significant,P <0.01 considered that the difference was obvious statistically significant.Results At 1 month of treatment,the depression scores of the patients in the treatment group were improved(P<0.05),while those in the control group were not significantly improved(P>0.05).At 2 months of treatment,the depression score of the control group was statistically improved(P<0.05).At this time,the depression score in the treatment group was significantly improved(P<0.01).The depression scores of the two groups were significantly improved after 3 months of treatment(P<0.01),and the effective treatment group was significantly higher than the control group after 3 months of treatment(P<0.01).The improvement effect of depression in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.01).After 3 months,the total effective treatment group was significantly higher than the control group.At 1 month and 2 months of treatment,the improvement of motor function in the treatment group and the control group was not significant(P>0.05),and the improvement of motor function was comparable at the 1 month of treatment(P>0.05).At 2 months of treatment,the improvement of motor function in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.01).At 3 months of treatment,the effect of the control group on motor symptoms remained unremarkable(P>0.05).At this time,the motor function of the treatment group improved(P<0.05).At the same time,the improvement of motor function in the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group.(P<0.01).At 1 month of treatment,the quality of life of the two groups was not significantly improved(P>0.05),and the efficacy of the two groups was comparable(P>0.05).At 2 months,the quality of life of both groups was improved(P<0.05),and the efficacy was comparable(P>0.05).At 3 months,the quality of life of the two groups still improved,but the treatment group was significantly improved(P <0.01),while the treatment group was better than the control group(P <0.05).The TCM syndromes of the treatment group were improved at 1 month and 2 months(P<0.05),but not in the control group(P>0.05).The effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).At 3 months,the TCM syndrome of the treatment group was significantly improved(P<0.01),the control group was improved(P<0.05),and the treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.01).After 3 months of treatment,The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Yiguan Jian Jiawei Fang can improve the depression of patients with Yin deficiency,liver depression and Parkinson's disease,and the efficacy is significantly better than that of the western medicine control group,and the onset time is earlier than that of the control group.In improving patients with depression at the same time,can improve the clinical syndromes of traditional Chinese medicine in patients with early,middle to patients quality of life also to have certain to improve,the late movement function improved to a certain extent,and the curative effect is better than that of fluoxetine hydrochloride.In order to improve Parkinson's disease depression,Yiguan Jian Jiawei Fang may be related to its role in inhibiting inflammatory reactions,regulating immunity,antioxidation,protecting neurons,regulating 5-HT and HPA axis functions.In the course of this study,Yiguan Jian Jiawei Fang is safe and effective in treating depression in Parkinson's disease,but it is still necessary to conduct in-depth study of its mechanism of action in order to make clinical treatment more standardized,and then to promote the application of the party in clinical practice. |
