The Clinical Curative Effect Of Treat Ingulcerative Colitis(UC) With Gu-Guan-Jian

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of treating ulcerative colitis(UC) with Gu-Guan-Jian.Method :90 patients with UC are divided into two groups at randomly. 45 patients in treatment group were treated with Gu-Guan-Jian,lpacket twice a day ,and the control group were treated with SASP by oral taking 2g twice a day,The therapeutic coure for both groups was 2 months. The efficacy and adverse events of this drug were evaluated on the basis of the clinical improvements of symptoms and colonoscopic changes.Results: 1. The totally effective rate of treatment group come to 93.3%, while that of control group is 68.89%, and there is a significant difference between the treatment group and control group (P<0.05).2.Treatment group can improve significantly the symptoms such as diarrhea, tenesmus, and the abdominal pain, and the curative effect is better than that of control group(P <0.01).But there was no significant difference between the treatment group and control group ,Such as the mucous stool with pus and blood , intestines mucous, erosion, gastric mucous (P>0.05).3. There is a significant difference between the treatment group and control group (P<0.05) with comprasion of score major symptom.4.
