Clinical Observation Of Modified Jichuan Jian In The Treatment Of Parkinson's Disease Constipation

Purpose:The purpose of this study was to observe the clinical eficacy of Jichuan Jian plus and minus prescriptions in the treatment of constipation in Parkinson's disease.Methods:From December 2018 to December 2019,60 patients with Parkinson's disease and outpatients in the brain department of Nanjing Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital were selected.The patients were randomly divided into two groups:the treatment group and the control group(30 cases in each group),the treatment group(while taking Jichuan Jian plus and minus prescription and anti-parkinson's medicine),and the control group(single-serving anti-parkinson's medicine).Both groups were treated for 2 weeks.Before and after treatment,the two groups were scored with the scores of Cleveland Constipation Score(CSS)to observe whether the constipation symptoms of the patients were improved.At the same time,the scores of the Constipation patients quality of life scale(PAC-QOL)and The Parkinson's disease questionnaire(PDQ-39)were given to observe whether the improvement of constipation symptoms brought the corresponding improvement of the quality of life.All data analysis was processed using SPSS22.0 statistical software.Results:? Comparison of the case efficiency of the two groups.The effective rate of the treatment group was 53.3%and the effective rate of the control group was 6.7%.The effective rates of the two groups were significantly different(P<0.05).The treatment group was significantly better than the control group.? CSS score:The CSS score of the treatment group decreased before and after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the CSS scores of the control group before and after treatment(P>0.05);Comparing the two groups after treatment,The CSS scores were significantly different(P<0.05).?PAC-QOL score:The PAC-QOL score of the treatment group decreased before and after treatment,and there was a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Although the PAC-QOL score of the control group decreased slightly before and after treatment,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);Comparison of PAC-QOL score between the two groups after treatment,the significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05),with statistical significance.?PDQ39 score:The PDQ39 score of the two groups decreased slightly after treatment,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05),and the PDQ39 score after treatment was not statistically significant between the two groups(P>0.05)Conclusion:? The addition and subtraction of Jichuan Jian can improve the constipation symptoms and the constipation-related quality of life of patients with kidney-yang deficiency PD constipation,and the effect is obviously better than that of the control group treated with anti-Parkinson's disease therapy only.? There was no significant improvement in the overall quality of life in patients with Parkinson's disease between the treatment group with the addition of Jichuan Jian and the control group with conventional anti-Parkinson's disease therapy,and there was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group.It showed that the addition and subtraction of Jichuan Jian had no significant effect on the improvement of the overall quality of life of PD patients.
