| ObjectiveIn this study,a randomized controlled design principle was used to observe the clinical efficacy of kindney-tonifying compound combined with western medicine in the treatment of Parkinson’s disease(PD)by observing the scores of various scales before and after Parkinson’s disease(PD),the quantitative integral table of TCM syndromes and the changes of plasma phosphorylated a-synuclein(α-syn),so as to provide more theoretical basis for the clinical application of kindney-tonifying compound.Method60 patients who met PD inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 30 patients in each group.The controlgroup was treated with western medicine alone,while the observation group was treated with kindney-tonifying compound on the basis of western medicine.The symptoms and signs of the patients were observed before and after treatment,as well as the UPDRS scale,Chinese medicine syndrome quantitative classification table score,so as to judge its efficacy.The expression of plasma phosphorylated a-synuclein was detected before and after treatment in the observation group and the control group,and the changes of plasma phosphorylated a-synuclein expression in PD patients in the control group and the observation group were com pared andanalyzed.Result1.General informationA total of 30 cases were included in the control group and 30 cases in the observation group.There was no significant difference in gender and age between the three groups(p>0.05).There was no significant difference in h-y grade and course of disease between the control group and the observation group(p>0.05).2.The effect of kindney-tonifying compound combined with western medicine on UPDRS score of PD patientsThe UPDRS of the observation group were 25.9257±7.1475 before treatment,18.7303±6.9736 after treatment,26.4563±6.7028 in the control group and 22.9064±6.9878 after treatment.The results showed that there was no significant difference in UPDRS scores between the observation group and the control group before treatment(p>0.05).The total scores of observation group and control group before and after treatment were significantly different(p<0.05),and the total scores of observation group before and after treatment were more significant,indicating that the improvement of symptoms in observation group,especially the improvement of daily life activities was more obvious.The effective rate of the observation group(61.54%)was not significantly different from that of the control group(59.26%)(p>0.05).3.The effect of kindney-tonifying compound combined with western medicine on PD patients’ TCM syndrome scaleBefore treatment,the TCM syndrome scale of the observation group was 9.9442±4.2431,and that of the control group was 9.6770±3.7797.There was no statistical difference between the two groups(p>0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome scale of observation group was divided into 7.2771±4.3345,and that of control group was divided into 8.1003±4.0943.both groups had significant effect in improving TCM syndrome scale score.The total effective rate of the observation group(57.69%)was higher than that of the control group(44.44%),and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05),indicating that the curative effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group.In the observation group,compared with before treatment,the hand movement retardation,posture balance,upper limb coordination function,gait,limb tremor,speech,self-care ability were significantly improved,and there were statistical differences(p<0.05).Compared with the control group before treatment,the coordination function of upper limbs,tremor of limbs,speech and self-care ability of life in the control group were significantly improved after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).4.Changes of plasma phosphorylated a-synuclein in patients before and after treatmentCompared with the control group,the expression of phosphorylated a-synuclein in plasma decreased after treatment(p<0.05).After treatment,there was no significant difference in plasma phosphorylated a-synuclein expression between the observation group and the control group(p>0.05).Compared with the control group,the expression of plasma phosphorylated a-synuclein in the observation group was significantly decreased after treatment(p<0.01).There was no significant difference between the control group and the observation group before treatment(p>0.05).Conclusion1.Kindney-tonifying compound combined with western medicine in the treatment of Parkinson’s disease can effectively improve the patient’s UPDRS scale evaluation and TCM syndrome quantitative classification table score.2.Both Kindney-tonifying compound combined with western medicine and western medicine alone can reduce the expression level of plasma phosphorylated α-synuclein.3.On the basis of western medicine treatment with kidney compound treatment of early Parkinson’s disease clinical effect is better than the effect of western medicine treatment alone. |
