| Objective:Based on the theory of Five Movements and Six Qi in Jihai Year, the clinical curative effect observation of Fuhe Decoction in the treatment of dyskinesia in patients with Parkinson’s disease of internal movement of liver wind and weakness of spleen and stomach. Objective to explore the therapeutic significance of applying Fuhe Decoction on Parkinson’s disease under the guidance of the theory of five movements and six Qi.Methods: from January 20,2019 to January 20,2020,72 patients with Parkinson’s disease with internal movement of liver wind and weakness of spleen and stomach were randomly divided into treatment group(36 cases)and control group(36 cases). The patients in the control group were treated with Medopa, the first diagnosed patients in the treatment group were given Fuhe decoction, while the patients in the treatment group who had taken Madopa were given Fuhe decoction while maintaining the dose of Madopa. The treatment period is 3 months.Compare the scores of the Unified Parkinson Rating Scale(UPDRS),Parkinson’s Motor Function Rating Scale(MDRSPD),and TCM Syndrome Scale on the first day of enrollment and at the end of 3 months of treatment. The clinical effect of Fuhe Decoction on movement disorders in patients with Parkinson’s disease. Results:After 3 months of treatment, comparing the scores of the UPDRS scale,MDRSPD scale and TCM syndrome scale between the two groups,it can be seen that the two groups of drugs can improve the motor symptoms of patients with Parkinson’s disease. The treatment group is better than the control group,P<0.05,The difference is statistically significant. Conclusion: Fuhe decoction combined with Madopa can improve the ability of daily living of patients with Parkinson’s disease, and effectively improve the motor symptoms. |
