Study On Syndrome Element Of Traditional Chinese Medicine For Advanced Breast Cancer

Object:Based on Zhu Wenfeng's syndrome differentiation system and Wu Chengyu's syndrome differentiation of the five internal organs,I systematically research on the collected cases to inquire into the basic syndrome type of TCM and accompanied symptoms of the advanced breast cancer,which helps form a deeper understanding of pathogenesis and syndromes of the advanced breast cancer.I hope that the measures taken can provide some guidance for clinical diagnosis and treatment.Method:I collect 148 cases of patients with advanced breast cancer,who are in Oncology department of hospital of TCM in Jiangsu Province and National physician hall clinic of Nanjing university of TCM from September of 2015 to September of 2018 and establish studying standards.According to Zhu Wengfeng's syndrome differentiation system and Wu Chengyu's diagnostic criteria of syndrome differentiation of five internal organs,I extract the symptoms,formulate the statistical tables,count up the corresponding disease location and the law of the disease distribution,employ cluster analysis and other ways to count the data,create a diagnostic information sheet of Advanced Breast Cancer,standardize the location and nature of Advanced Breast Cancer and conclude the law of combination of the basic and compound syndromes of Advanced Breast Cancer.Result:The main locations of 148 cases of Advanced Breast Cancer are in breast,bone,kidney and liver.Secondly,they are in the spleen and lung.The main symptoms of disease are Qi deficiency,blood deficiency,Yin deficiency,phlegm retention,blood stasis,Qi stagnation and so on.I conclude that the basic pathology of Advanced Breast Cancer is deficiency of Qi and blood and the component of phlegm and blood stasis.Besides,the basic pattern of the cancer is toxin of phlegm,fire and congestion in breast.Conclusion:Phlegm and blood stasis are important pathological factors in the formulation and development of the Breast Cancer,but after the patients experience surgery,chemotherapy,radiotherapy and endocrine therapy,the pathological factors are mainly Qi and blood deficiency.The pathogenesis is as follows:due to the natural endowment,emotional disorders,food irregularity,invasion of exogenous pathogens and other factors,the patients are in the stage of stagnation of liver Qi and phlegm and blood stasis,which can be reflected in the breast,and eventually form fire poison.The kidney will be damaged after a long time,which makes the vital Qi much more insufficient and pass the disease to other organs like the lung,spleen,bone and the kidney.
