Objective:Extracting angina pectoris syndrome element from the published diagnosis of angina pectoris, and includes the TCM syndrome in the literature, exploring the characteristics of the pathogenesis of coronary heart disease in the perspective of syndrome element, for better guiding TCM to play a role in coronary heart disease clinical diagnosis and treatment.Method:By integrated retrieval method, the main database Qinghua University CNKI, combined with VIP, Wanfang Medical database, access the literature have published in January 1995-September 2010. searching the literature, search terms involve:CHD+ dialectical, CHD + symptom, angina pectoris + dialectical, angina pectoris + symptom,Xiongbi + dialectical,Xiongbi + symptom, with reference to inclusion and exclusion criteria, collect the eligible documents and establish syndrome database, syndrome element extracted, entrying the data area such as:the number of area and cases, the frequency syndrome, to analy by statistical software, include the geographical distribution of cases and the literature syndrome element and the percentage frequency distribution of descriptive statistics, the different geographical distribution of the syndrome elements pairwise comparison rate to X2 test, compared rate of more than two groups between the two groups use the a 'method, judging after adjusting the significance level. Results:The number of literature met the inclusion criteria are 47,7,715 cases.1. Angina pectoris syndrome element distribution rate in order are:blood stasis 4995 cases (29.2%)> qi deficiency 4183 cases (24.5%)>phlegm turbidity 2570 cases (15.0%)> yin deficiency 2405 cases (14.1%)> yang deficiency 1080 cases (6.3%)> qi stagnation 946 cases (5.5%)>cold coagulation 737 cases (4.3%)> phlegm-heat 175 cases (1.0%).2. The distribution rates of blood stasis between in the northern with central and southern are statistically significant difference (P<0.0167), the distribution of the northern is significantly higher than the central and southern; The distribution rates of Qi deficiency between in the northern and southern are statistically significant difference (P<0.0167), the distribution of the north is significantly higher than the south; The distribution rates of Qi stagnation, cold coagulation, yin deficiency between in the northern with central, southern are statistically significant differences (P<0.0167), the distribution rate of qi stagnation, cold coagulation in orde: southern> central> north, the distribution rate of yin Deficiency in orde:north>.south; The distribution rates of yang deficiency between in central with southern are statistically significant difference (P <0.0167);The distribution rates of phlegm-heat between in the southern with northern, central are statistically significant differences (P<0.0167), the distribution rates of phlegm-heat is significantly higher than that of the north, central; The distribution rates of phlegm turbidity in different areas no significant statistical difference.Conclusion:1.coronary heart disease angina syndrome element distribution: blood stasis, qi deficiency, followed by the yang deficiency qi stagnation, cold coagulation, phlegm-heat. Blood stasis, qi deficiency is the main pathogenesis of coronary heart disease in the pathogenesis of coronary heart disease prominently.2. The TCM pathogens of coronary heart disease angina has some relevance with regional differences, showing the significant geographical features, may be related to geographical and climatic characteristics of each region's population under the influence of physical and lifestyle.
