Study On Dstribution Of TCM Syndrome Elements In Female Stress Uinary Icontinencet

PurposeTo explore the characteristics of TCM syndrome elements of female stress urinary incontinence,analyze the relationship between syndrome elements of disease and location and stress urinary incontinence of different degrees,and explore the evolution characteristics of SUI syndrome,so as to provide reference for SUI treatment and prevention.WayA total of 231 female SUI patients were collected in Fujian provincial people’s hospital from February 2020 to February 2021.the four diagnostic data and related information of the patients were collected in a standardized way,and the collected four diagnostic information was recorded into the health status identification system.the data obtained were statistically analyzed by SPSS26.0 software,and the distribution characteristics of syndrome elements of female stress urinary incontinence with different degrees were discussed.Result1.Distribution characteristics of female SUI syndrome elements:①Distribution of disease location syndrome elements:170 cases of kidney,accounting for 73.6%;Spleen 143 cases,accounting for 61.9%;134 cases of liver,accounting for 58.0%;112 cases of lung,accounting for 48.5%;There were 32 cases of bladder,accounting for 13.9%.②Distribution of disease syndrome elements:179 cases of qi deficiency,accounting for 77.5%;155 cases(67.1%)were trapped by gas.129 cases of qi stagnation,accounting for 55.8%;119 cases of yang deficiency,accounting for 51.5%;118 cases were wet,accounting for 51.1%;111 cases of blood deficiency,accounting for 48.1%;103 cases(44.6%)suffered from sperm deficiency.102 cases(44.2%)had blood stasis.2.Distribution characteristics of syndrome elements in different degrees of female SUI:①Distribution of syndrome elements in disease location:The distribution of disease location in mild female SUI is mainly spleen and liver,followed by lung,kidney and bladder;The location distribution of moderate female SUI is mainly kidney and spleen,followed by liver,lung and bladder;The location distribution of severe female SUI is mainly kidney and liver,followed by spleen,lung and bladder.②Distribution of disease syndrome elements:The real disease distribution of mild and moderate female SUI is mainly qi stagnation,followed by dampness and blood stasis;The real distribution of severe female SUI is mainly qi stagnation and dampness,followed by blood stasis;The high distribution of deficiency sex in mild female SUI is mainly due to qi deficiency and blood deficiency,followed by qi depression,yang deficiency and sperm deficiency;The deficiency sexual distribution of moderate female SUI is mainly qi deficiency and qi depression,followed by yang deficiency,blood deficiency and essence deficiency;The distribution of sexual frequency of deficiency in severe female SUI is mainly qi depression and qi deficiency,followed by essence deficiency,yang deficiency and blood deficiency.3.Logistic regression analysis of influencing factors of stress urinary incontinence grading:Age,kidney and chronic cough history are the influencing factors of urinary incontinence grading.The older you are,the more likely you are to suffer from severe urinary incontinence.Pathological changes of kidney are more likely to cause severe urinary incontinence;People with a history of chronic cough are more likely to suffer from severe urinary incontinence.4.The main syndromes of female SUI patients with different urinary incontinence are different,so the main syndromes composed of the main syndromes are also different.Conclusion1.Characteristics of syndrome elements of female stress urinary incontinence:the syndrome elements of disease location mainly involve kidney,spleen,liver,lung and bladder;Syndrome elements of disease are complex and diverse,and qi deficiency,qi stagnation,yang deficiency,dampness,blood deficiency,essence deficiency and blood stasis are the main pathological products and pathogenic factors in the pathological process of SUI.2.Patients with different urinary incontinence have different pathological characteristics of TCM syndrome elements and syndrome characteristics.With the aggravation of urinary incontinence,deficiency of qi and blood,deficiency of yang and deficiency of essence,and deficiency of qi gradually change into qi depression,and their syndromes are mixed.
