Objective: To explore the syndrome characteristics of pulmonary fibrosis and the distribution of TCM syndromes, to provide guidance and basis for standardization of syndrome differentiation and clinical treatment of pulmonary fibrosis.Materials and methods: From the database of CNKI, Wanfang, VIP, CBM literature screening for pulmonary interstitial fibrosis syndrome differentiation of literature and extract the type of syndrome and syndrome, to establish a database,and analyses the syndrome types and syndrome elements by using statistical methods of frequency, clustering analysis, correlation analysis syndromes and syndrome elements distribution analysis, the study of the characteristics and laws.Results:1.literature data analysis: 4564 cases were included in the study, 74 cases were included in the screening,a total of 57 types of syndrome, 126 types of records, type of syndrome after decomposition, extraction of 22 syndrome elements, which are 7 kinds of disease syndrome elements, the cumulative total of 4822 times, 15 kinds of syndrome elements, the cumulative number of times 12049 times. 2.Type of syndrome distribution characteristics: 126 syndrome type recording, the frequency of occurrence of >5 times including lung collaterals obstruction, deficiency of both qi and Yin(9.52%) > Qi deficiency and blood stasis(8.73%) > lung and kidney qi deficiency(5.56%) > phlegm stasis mutual knot(3.97%) = phlegm heat obstructing the lung(3.97%) = lung and spleen deficiency, phlegm and blood stasis(3.97%). 4564 patients constitute ratio than the 3% of the top 10 syndromes were: obstruction of the pulmonary vessels,(12.51%) with Qi and yin deficiency, Qi deficiency and blood stasis(11.48%), deficiency of both qi and Yin, phlegm and blood stasis stasis(7.87%), Qi deficiency and blood stasis and phlegm turbidity(6.57%), lung and kidney qi deficiency(4.78%), deficiency of both qi and Yin(4.12%), lung kidney qi deficiency, blood stasis(3.94%), deficiency of both qi and Yin, phlegm and blood stasis(3.92%), phlegm heat obstructing the lung(3.59%), lung spleen qi deficiency, phlegm and blood stasis each node(3.11%) in which the main syndrome type is lung collaterals obstruction, deficiency of both qi and Yin. 3. The characteristic of syndrome element analysis: frequency of pulmonary fibrosis in patients with 7 syndrome elements in the lung(51.18%) of the other in order to meridian(27.34%), kidney(18.89%), spleen(7.01%), heart(0.55%), liver(0.26%),(0.42%), including lung, meridian, kidney row in the top three. 15 nature syndrome elements including(79.65%), blood stasis(68.51%), phlegm(49.30%), yin deficiency(44.94%), heat(9.20%), Yang(2.83%) and wet(2.08%), cold(2.06%), dry(1.80%), toxicity(1.31%), wind(0.64%) and blood(0.59%), Qi Stagnation(0.50%), water stop(0.31%) and Jin Kui(0.11%). The syndrome elements were 51.47% of the total disease, while 48.53% of the total disease was, and the combination of disease and syndrome elements suggested that the combination of the actual situation and the combination was 69.37%, which was much higher than the combination of deficiency and excess. 4. Syndrome factor combination features analysis: disease and syndrome factor combination in the form a total of 6, with a single element combination at least, frequency is only 0.04%, to permit prime(24.50%) and three cards hormone(27.82%) for. Syndrome distribution of two syndrome elements: two cases were divided into two syndrome elements combination and single syndrome element + single syndrome element combination, especially the two syndrome elements(23.49%). The syndrome elements of clustering and association analysis: by cluster analysis, that can be divided into 4 categories: Qi deficiency and blood stasis is a kind of, phlegm and yin deficiency for a class of, lung a separate category, the remaining syndrome elements of a class; correlation analysis to obtain support is more than or equal to 25%, confidence is more than or equal to 90% of 12 rules, the association of blood stasis and meridian and Qi deficiency is the most reliable(100%), blood stasis and sputum virtual times(97.6%) Qi deficiency and blood stasis support(68.51%) the highest.Conclusion :1.Types of pulmonary fibrosis syndrome differentiation, not form a unified standard. Common syndromes of lung meridian blockage, Qi and yin deficiency, Qi deficiency and blood stasis, Qi deficiency and blood stasis phlegm, Qi deficiency of lung and kidney, phlegm heat obstructing the lung, lung and spleen qi deficiency, phlegm and blood stasis in each node six syndromes, the lung meridian obstruction, deficiency of both qi and Yin is the most common. 2.There are 22 the main syndrome elements of pulmonary fibrosis The syndrome elements including lung, kidney, meridian, liver, spleen,; nature syndrome elements including heat, dampness, deficiency of qi stagnation, blood stasis, Qi deficiency, cold, poison, yin deficiency, Yang deficiency, blood deficiency, phlegm, Tianjin, wind, cold, dry. 3.The characteristic of syndrome element: lung collaterals is interstitial pulmonary fibrosis disease location symptom; Qi for pulmonary fibrosis disease syndrome; Qi deficiency and blood stasis is the most widely distributed disease syndrome factor combination; phlegm and blood stasis pathogenesis, leading to pulmonary fibrosis in the course of lingering; the inclusion of actual, real is the disease characteristics. 6 kinds of syndrome factor combination way, especially with two cards, three cards factor combination for many, all combinations with lung + meridian and Qi deficiency and yin deficiency and phlegm and blood stasis and Qi deficiency and blood stasis combined the most common. Clustering analysis and association analysis indicate that the "deficiency" and "blood stasis" are accompanied by a mixture of the actual situation and the actual situation. 4.The syndrome is disease response syndrome and syndrome distribution results, lung deficiency and blood stasis agree without prior without previous consultation with the concept of pathogenesis.
