The Normalization Research Of Breast Cancer’s Disease And Syndrome

The study of breast cancer’s TCM syndrome type research of modern Chinese medicine has not reached a unified standard yet. The clinic treatments are mainly based on syndrome differentiation. There still remains a big space for the further research of the standardization of breast cancer in modern Chinese medicine. Based on the guidance of Professor Wu’s new system of five viscera syndrome differentiation system, this study mainly discuss the syndrome modification of breast cancer through the study of disease’s etiology and pathogenesis, syndrome differentiation, syndrome essence and the analysis of breast cancer patients’basic information, the related indexes, clinical stage, pathological staging correlative analysis and syndromes. Based on the TCM syndrome differentiation theory, using modern scientific research methods, syndrome differentiation system of the five internal organs system first puts forward the new idea of combining disease and syndrome differentiation together, not only maintaining the traditional Chinese medicine application value, but also initiating a new way of combining disease and syndrome differentiation together. Using the five viscera syndrome differentiation system into the study of breast cancer research makes the disease and syndrome differentiation of breast cancer more flexible and accurate, easier to master, and more in line with the clinical combination of disease and syndrome differentiation of ideas, which plays an important guiding role in improving the level of clinical diagnosis and treatment. According to the basic principles of "from syndrome differentiation" and "combine syndrome differentiation with disease", this study first used the five viscera syndrome differentiation system into the study of breast cancer research by literature and the epidemiological investigation method, using the TCM diagnosis way of thinking of "disease differentiation first, syndrome differentiation last" and constructed a new thinking model of breast cancer differentiation.Through the reading of a large number of Chinese literatures, this paper made a systematic summary and analysis of the ancient literature related to breast cancer, and consequently investigated the understandings of breast cancer’s disease location, etiology and pathogenesis in the ancient literature. Because of the complexity of TCM dialectical method of breast cancer and the lack of standardization of modern TCM on breast cancer diagnose, this study puts forward the idea of applying the simple, flexible syndrome differentiation standardization of syndrome differentiation system of five viscera system to breast cancer differentiation, simplifying the breast cancer’s differentiation on the premise of the disease differentiation. At the same time, this paper analyzed the correlation between breast cancer and constitution theory in TCM and developed a deeper understanding of the occurrence development, prevention and treatment of breast cancer.Through the investigation method on epidemiology of retrospective survey methods, this paper collected 400 cases of breast cancer cases, using cluster analysis and principal component analysis and statistical analysis method by SPSS statistical software, and analyzed disease location and nature of disease distribution of breast cancer. The "breast cancer syndrome diagnosis information table" was constructed to standardize the disease location, syndrome elements of breast cancer and summarize the basic disease patterns of breast cancer, hoping to promote the further modification of breast cancer’s modern TCM differentiation.
