The Study On Clinical Data Mining Of Primary Bronchogenic Carcinoma Treated By Ge Xinguo Professor

Objective:Excavate the characteristics of professor Ge Xinguo in the treatment of primary lung cancer(abbreviated lung cancer),summarize the law of pharmacy and discuss the idea of treatment by using Software of traditional Chinese medicine inheritance support system(TCMISS)(V2.5),On this basis,refine the clinical experience of Professor Ge in the treatment of lung cancer,summarize the characteristics of Zhou Zhongying in the treatment of cancer which inherited by Professor Ge.In order to provide a useful methodology for the heritage of the old chinese and evaluate the clinical curative effect of the core of lung cancer which excavated by TCMISS.Method:1.Literature research:Summarize the latest research on the name,etiology,pathogenesis,syndrome type and clinical treatment of lung cancer through reading and analyzing the related articles on lung cancer;analyse the status of Chinese patent medicine in the treatment of lung cancer.2.Data mining:Collect and sort out 150 retrospective cases and field cases of Ge Xinguo from 2014 to 2016,then normalize and excavate these cases.3.Clinical trial:We will treat the lung cancer patients who met the inclusion criteria with the core prescription of lung cancer excavated by the TCMISS for 2 months.Observe the changes of TCM syndrome score,KPS score,quality of life(QOL-38)score and tumor markers(CEA,CA199,CA125)before and after treatment,use SPSS19.0 to analyse the statistics and evaluate the clinical efficacy of the core.Results:1.The literature summarizes the understanding of Chinese Medicine on lung cancer:The etiology and pathogenesis of lung cancer in Chinese medicine are still not clear at present.The syndrome differentiation of lung cancer lacks a unified standard,so there is a great difference in treatment methods.2.Professor Ge Xinguo's idea of treating lung cancer and analysis of its characteristics:Treat lung cancer on the basis of strengthening the body resistance,supplemented by the methods of clearing lung and eliminating phlegm,activating blood and removing stasis,clearing heat and detoxifying.3.Clinical research results:After one month,the total effective rate of TCM syndrome(Obvious effect + effective + stable)was 66.67%;after two month,the namber was 90%.After treatment,the KPS value increased compared with that before treatment,P<0.05.The quality of life,physical status,functional status,emotional status,lung cancer related symptoms,overall health status score,after treatment compared with before treatment,P<0.05,but the family/social status score,P>0.05.Tumor markers(CEA,CA199 and CA125)were all P>0.05 after treatment compared with those before treatment.Conclusion:Through data mining,extracting and summaring the path of GE's experience and inheritance.Professor Ge pays attention to clinical syndrome,start from the whole,act as circumstances dictate.Professor Ge combines the thinking of modern medical diagnosis and treatment with traditional Chinese medicine,and attaches great importance to the study of the combination of disease discrimination and syndrome differentiation.Professor Ge takes care of the healthy atmosphere and both tip and root.The results of clinical research showed that the prescription had significant effect on improving the symptoms,signs,physical condition and quality of life of patients.It has not been found to have a significant impact on tumor markers due to insufficient sample size or course of treatment.
