Based On Data Mining, The Research Of Professor Pan Minqiu's Medication Rules And Academic Thoughts In The Treatment Of Lung Cancer

Objective:Using Data Mining Technology to Study Professor Pan Minqiu'sClinical Treatment of Lung Cancer,exploring Dialectical Thinking from,gain insight into its unique insights into the treatment of lung cancer,to provide an objective reference for the promotion and application of "Yiqi Yangyin Qingjie" in the treatment of lung cancer.Research method:Screening Professor Pan Minqiu from December 1st,2015 to December 1st,2017 at the Outpatient Department of Hunan Provincial Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine to treat patients with lung cancer.Using Excel to establish a medical prescription database,with SPSS Statistics 17.0 and Clementine 12.0 software,Through the data analysis techniques such as frequency analysis,cluster analysis and association rules,the prescriptions were analyzed,and the commonly used medicines,core medications,different treatment stages and the law of addition and subtraction of lung cancer were studied in the treatment of lung cancer by Professor Pan Minqiu,and the dialectical diagnosis and treatment of lung cancer was analyzed thinking.Results:1.According to the included 282 prescriptions of Pan Minqiu's outpatient treatment of lung cancer patients,a total of 101 Chinese medicines were involved,with a total frequency of 5,926 times.Among them,there are 46 flavors with a frequency of more than 10%,and the top 20 Chinese medicines are: Astragalus,Atractylodes,Herba,Grass,Glycyrrhiza,Radix,Ligustrum lucidum,Cuscuta,Ganoderma lucidum,Fuling,Scutellaria barbata,Chonglou,Prunella vulgaris,raw oysters,Fritillaria,diced,medlar,dandelion,scorpion,Tangerine.2.A total of 282 prescriptions involved 17 types of drugs,including tonic,heat-clearing drugs,Pinggan Xifeng drugs,Huayu Zhike anti-asthma drugs,accounting for 35.27%,25.75%,5.64%,5.60%.3.101 Chinese herbal medicines,cold,warm and flat drugs accounted for the most,accounting for 38.24%,31.37%,25.49%;Gan,bitter,Xin three drugs accounted for a large proportion,accounting for 35.29%,30.07%,20.92% According to the liver,spleen,kidney and lung,the results were 21.92%,14.62%,13.46%,12.31%.4.According to association rules,cluster analysis,teacher learning and qualitative interviews,13 common drug pairs and 4 cluster cores were obtained.5.For patients with six common treatment stages(only Chinese medicine,postoperative,chemotherapy,radiotherapy,targeted therapy,comprehensive treatment)and common metastatic complications of five stage IV patients(digestive tract reaction after radiotherapy and chemotherapy,Targeted treatment of diarrhea and rash,bone metastasis pain,malignant chest and ascites),different treatment stages and complications have different treatment ideas and commonly used drugs.Conclusion:1.Professor Pan Minqiu believes that the disease begins with the weakness of the righteousness,and the evil spirits of the foreign genitals come into the lungs,causing the lungs to be blocked,and the dying of the dysentery.At the same time,the toxic masses are burning and refining the liquid,causing the lungs to become cloudy.Two virtual."Heat,phlegm,phlegm and poison" are not only pathological products,but also pathogenic factors,which are glued to each other to form diseases characterized by the virtual standard,false and real.2.The clinical evidence starts from the lungs,spleen and kidneys,respects the spleen and kidney-based concept,treats both the symptoms and the symptoms,and relies on qi and nourishing yin.It is supplemented by Qingrejiedu,Huoxuehuayu and Ruanjian Sanjie,accompanied by phlegm and dampness sputum.3.The characteristics of medication are reflected in the cold and heat regulation of the drug,and the drug is moderated.The taste of the drug is mainly sweet,bitter and symplectic.The main symptoms are lung,spleen and kidney,and the liver is used.4.Tonic and heat-clearing drugs play an important role.They are accompanied by Pinggan Xifeng,Huayu Zhike,and pay attention to the combination of promoting blood circulation and removing stasis,reflecting the treatment of "Yiqi Yangyin Qingjie".5.Astragalus,Atractylodes,Aphis gossypii,raw sun ginseng,licorice,medlar,medlar,dodder,ganoderma lucidum,medlar,scutellaria,heavy building,Prunella vulgaris,raw oyster,Fritillaria,diced,medlar,dandelion,Whole sputum and tangerine peel are the core drugs for the treatment of lung cancer.6.Clinically,it pays attention to the phased treatment,combining disease differentiation and dialectic,and has different treatment ideas for different treatment stages in traditional Chinese medicine,postoperative,chemotherapy,radiotherapy,targeted therapy and comprehensive treatment.7.Good use of drugs and drug combinations with the addition and subtraction,such as Chinese medicine treatment of gastrointestinal reactions after radiotherapy and chemotherapy,targeted treatment of diarrhea and rash,bone metastasis pain,malignant chest and ascites and other effects.
