Objective:To observe and evaluate the clinical efficacy of segmented dentate ligation in the treatment of annular mixed hemorrhoids, which is convenient for further promotion in clinical practice. Results:In this clinical trial,60 cases of inpatients who met the diagnostic criteria for annular mixed hemorrhoids from March 2017 to December 2017 were selected at random from the Anorectal Department of Nanjing City Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine.According to different surgical methods, patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, with 30 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with segmented dentate ligation, while the control group was treated with Milligan-Morgan.The two groups were compared in the terms of the clinical efficacy, wound healing time and postoperative complications(anal pain, hematochezia, edema of anal edge, dysuria, stricture of anus, anal fine function, residual anal skin,etc.).In the observation of long-term efficacy indicators, there was no case of stricture of anus in the treatment group, and 4 cases of mild stricture of anus in the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).In the control group, there were 4 cases of anal fine functional defect. In the treatment group, the fine function of the anus was normal. The two operations had statistical significance in protecting the anal fine function(P<0.05).In terms of residual anal skin, segmented dentate ligation was superior to Milligan-Morgan of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Both groups achieved satisfactory efficacy after surgery, but in the observation of short-term efficacy indicators, postoperative anal pain, edema of anal edge and other symptoms could be reduced, and the wound healing time could be shorten in the treatment group. In the observation of long-term efficacy, the treatment group has the advantages of preventing stricture of anus, protecting the anal fine function, and reducing the residual anal skin. Therefore, segmented dentate ligation is safe and effective in the treatment of annular mixed hemorrhoids, and has fewer postoperative complications. It is worthy of clinical promotion and learning.
