Objective:Study on ?, ? degree of prolapsed hemorrhoids serious mixed hemorrhoids surgical treatment, in order to improve the therapeutic effect, reduce postoperative complications, reduce patient pain, as much as possible to protect the normal function of anus, provide reference for clinical surgery for selected patients.Method:. Since the source in the Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from 60 patients met the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria of ?, ? degree of prolapsed hemorrhoids and mixed hemorrhoid patients as serious as the research object, the patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, the observation group, the control group of 30 cases treated with vertical segment ligation; control group with Milligan Morgan (Millian-Morgan surgery). By using the method of control group, and the cure rate of two groups of patients with postoperative clinical records, operative time, pain, bleeding, anal edema, anal bulge, clinical symptoms of anal stenosis and other complications, statistical analysis, evaluation of its clinical efficacy.Results:. The use of longitudinal segmented ligation in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids with traditional Milligan Morgan compared two groups of patients in the postoperative bleeding, anal bulge, ligation of hemorrhoids shedding in comparison, there were significant differences (P< 0.05); two patients in the operation time, anal pain, anal edema, clinical cure rate and the days of hospitalization, the safety evaluation in comparison, no significant difference (P> 0.05). Two groups of patients had no anal stenosis, anal incontinence.Concludes:The use of longitudinal segmental ligation in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids ?, ? degree of prolapsed hemorrhoids serious exactly, can reduce postoperative bleeding, reduce the anus bulge, and can shorten the hemorrhoids shedding time. The use of longitudinal segmented ligation in the treatment of ?,? degree of prolapsed hemorrhoids and mixed hemorrhoid serious mainly safe, effective, economical, and satisfactory clinical efficacy and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
