To Observe The Clinical Curative Effect Of Longitudinal Segmental Ligation In The Treatment Of Mixed Hemorrhoids

The use of longitudinal segmented ligation in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids with traditional Milligan Morgan compared two groups of patients in the postoperative bleeding, anal bulge, ligation of hemorrhoids shedding in comparison, there were significant differences (P< 0.05); two patients in the operation time, anal pain, anal edema, clinical cure rate and the days of hospitalization, the safety evaluation in comparison, no significant difference (P> 0.05). Two groups of patients had no anal stenosis, anal incontinence.Concludes:The use of longitudinal segmental ligation in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids ?, ? degree of prolapsed hemorrhoids serious exactly, can reduce postoperative bleeding, reduce the anus bulge, and can shorten the hemorrhoids shedding time. The use of longitudinal segmented ligation in the treatment of ?,? degree of prolapsed hemorrhoids and mixed hemorrhoid serious mainly safe, effective, economical, and satisfactory clinical efficacy and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
