Objectives:To observe the clinical effect of Yin Shao Liu Jun decoction on children with anorexia due to hyperactivity of liver and insufficiency of the spleen, and to analyze its mechanism of action,so as to provide rference basis for treating anorexia in children with hyperactivity of liver and insufficiency of the spleen. Methods:Patients with anorexia of hyperactivity of liver and insufficiency of the spleen type were collected in accordance with the inclusion criteria, all of which were treated with Yin Shao Liu Jun decoction, and the treatment course was 2 weeks.A self controlled method was used to observe and record the main symptoms and secondary symptoms before and after the treatment of children. The corresponding scores were scored, and the treatment effect was evaluated by the integral reduction rate before and after treatment.Results:50 patients who completed the clinical observation were compared: the degree of illness was moderate(50%)before treatment, followed by mild(38%),and severe(12%).After treatment, disappearing of main symptoms were 32%,the mildly accounted for 62%,moderate 6%,and severe 0%.In the evaluation of the curative effect of disease, the total effective rate after treatment is 98%.In the evaluation of TCM syndrome effect, the total effective rate was 94% after treatment. Before and after treatment, there was a significant difference in the scores of main symptoms(P<0.01).Before and after treatment, there was a statistically significant difference in the scores of secondary symptoms(P<0.01).The difference of total integral before and after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.01).Comparing the rate of disappearance in before and after treatment, the above 60%,bad breath and five upset hot was 83.3%,nausea and vomiting were 82.4%,abdominal distension was72.7%,rubbing the eyebrow and eye was 77.3%,excitomania was 67.6%,poor sleep at night was 79.1%,defecation imbalance was 77.1%.Conclusion:This study shows that Yin Shao Liu Jun decoction is effective in treating children with hyperactivity of liver and insufficiency of the spleen, providing a rference basis for clinical treatment of children with anorexia due to hyperactivity of liver and insufficiency of the spleen, and broadens the way of thinking. |
