Clinical Research To Treat Functional Constipation(Qi And Xue Deficiency Type) By "Obstruction Treated With Tonification" PriciPle

Objective:By comparison with Qirong Runchang oral liquid,observe the improvement of supplementing Shuangbu Qixue Tongbian decoction on patients with constipation clinical symptoms of the treatment effect,to explore its therapeutic mechanism,thus to further evaluate the safety and efficacy of obstruction treated with tonification priciple and the forward curative effect is affirmative,provide strong scientific basis for clinical application.Methods:Choose 60 constipated patients of Qi and Xue deficiency type in Henan Province Hospital of TCM between January 2016 and January 2017 and make excell table according the patients' visit number.Using a random number table divided the patients into treatment group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases).The treatment group with supplementing Shuangbu Qixue Tongbian decoction,the control group using Qirong Runchang oral liquid,two groups are conducted on the basis of general treatment.14 days for a period of treatment,treatment two course of treatment.Records the change of the patients' clinical symptoms and adverse reactions and evaluate the clinical efficacy.After the treatment,use SPSS20.0 statistical software to analysis clinical curative effect and clinical symptom scores,and then to evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety.Results:The treatment group total effectiveness is 93.33%,and the control group total effective rate is 80.00%,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The effect of the treatment group is more obvious than the control group in the improvement of primary symptom and minor symptom with obvious difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The tutor's experienced prescription that based on the theory of “obstruction treated with tonification priciple ”can significantly improve the deficiency of both Qi and Xue Syndrome of Functional Constipation in patients with clinical symptoms,the effect is better than that of the control group of Qirong Runchang oral liquid,worthy of promotion.
