The Clinical Study Of The Treatment Of Spleen Dampness Decoction On Chronic Gastritis(the Type Of Deficiency Of Spleen And Stomach)

Objective:By comparing the clinical effect of spleen dampness Decoction and omeprazole combined with domperidone to the treatment of chronic gastritis(spleen deficiency),to get the comprehensive evaluation from the aspects of improving TCM symptom score,endoscopic changes of gastric mucosa,safety and recurrence rate of chronic gastritis(spleen deficiency),then to evaluate the efficacy and safety of spleen dampness Decoction on treating chronic gastritis,to provide reliable evidence for the treatment of chronic gastritis by the Chinese medicine.Methods:According to the time sequence,the 72 patients of chronic gastritis that conform the standard of the clinical research are randomly divided into the observation group and control group,two groups are all of 36 cases.The observation group is given spleen dampness Decoction,one dose a day,morning and evening hours services.The control group is given domperidone 10mg,three times a day and Omeprazole Enteric-coated Capsules 20mg,one times a day.For patients with Hp infection are given amoxicillin oral,each time 1g,two times a day,clarithromycin,each 0.5g,two times a day,Omeprazole Enteric-coated Capsules 20mg,one times a day,continuous medication for 10 days,then use the above treatment plan to continue the treatment to the end of treatment.The two groups are all treated for 28 days.Observing and recording the TCM symptom score,endoscopic classification and safety monitoring index for the two groups of patients before and after the treatment.Observing and comparing the clinical efficacy and safety of the two groups patients in the treatment of chronic gastritis.The effective patients are followed up for twelfth weeks after the end of treatment,then recording the recurrence rate of two groups of patients.Results:1.After the treatment,comparing of the clinical efficacy of two groups,the observation group is 86.11%,the control group is 72.22%(P<0.05),the difference is statistically significant,indicating the spleen dampness Decoction on chronic gastritis(the type of deficiency of spleen and stomach)is more effective than western medicine control group.2.To compare the Syndrome efficacy of two groups,the observation group is 94.44%,the control group is 80.56%(P<0.05),the results show that the treatment of spleen dampness Decoction on chronic gastritis(the type of deficiency of spleen and stomach)is better than western medicine control group.3.Compared with the scores before treatment,the total scores of the two groups after the treatment were significantly decreased(P<0.05),indicating that the two groups all have effect on improving the clinical symptoms of patients with chronic gastritis.In the aspect of belching and regurgitation of gastric acid,two group all have curative effect(P>0.05);in the aspects of stomach.bloating,fatigue,poor appetite,abdominal nausea after eating,lassitude,thin sloppy stool,the spleen dampness Decoction group is better than the group of omeprazole combined with domperidone(P<0.05).4.Comparing the curative effect of the two groups,the effective rate of the observation group is 91.67%,and the effective rate of the control group is 77.78%(P<0.05),it shows that the observation group have better effect than the control group.5.At the end of twelfth weeks after treatment,the recurrence rate of chronic gastritis patients in the observation group is lower than that in the western medicine control group,indicating that the long-term effect of spleen dampness Decoction on chronic gastritis(the type of deficiency of spleen and stomach)is significantly higher than that of Western medicine group.6.During the treatment,two groups of patients did not appear obvious adverse reactions,indicating that the spleen dampness Decoction is safe and effective in the treatment of chronic gastritis.Conclusion:Spleen dampness Decoction is safe and effective for the chronic gastritis of the type of deficiency of spleen and stomach,and it is obviously superior to western medicine group in aspects of stomach bloating,poor appetite,abdominal nausea after eating,lassitude,loose stool and gastric mucosa.At the same time,it can reduce the recurrence rate of chronic gastritis,and it is worthy of clinical application.
