| Objective:To observe the clinical effect on Huang lian tang jia wei treating chronic atrophic gastritis of dampness and heat in spleen and stomach pattern, providing a theoretical basis for clinical treatment.clinical applications:60chronic atrophic gastritis patients who meets diagnosis and inclusion criteria in clinic, were divided into two groups according to randomized controlled trials,30cases in control group,30cases in treatment group. Treatment group received oral decoction of Huang lian tang jia wei, the30patients in control group with Vitacoenzyme Tablets and Colloidal Bismuth Pectin Capsules for oral therapy. Compared the total score of TCM symptoms, the degree of improvement in endoscopic submucosal and pathological glands atrophy, HP eradication rates before and after treatment.Results:1. The total effective rate was90.00%in treatment group, and76.67%in control group,there was differences between two groups with statistical significance (P<0.05), and treatment group was superior than control group;2. after treatment, the total score of TCM symptoms, the degree of improvement in endoscopic submucosal and pathological glands atrophy of patients in treatment group, compared with control group, had differences with statistical significance (P<0.05);3. HP eradication rate was not statistically significant (P>0.05)of patients in two groups after treatment.Conclusions:1.Huang lian tang jia wei is an effective prescription to treat chronic atrophic gastritis of dampness and heat in spleen and stomach pattern;2.Oral take Huang lian tang jia wei can effectively eliminate or improve clinical symptoms, can significantly improve the endoscopic mucosal cases and pathological glands atrophy,which is superior than control group;3.There is no difference of HP eradication rate in two groups. |
